It would have been nice to have a mattress on the sunlounger, around the pool. The breakfast was really expensive. To make your stay better you need to rent the electric bikes. The steep climb from the lake to the hotel is manageable, but in the heat was not that pleasant.

The views of Lake Geneva are fabulous. The staff are very friendly( a big shout out to Luis on reception) The pool was lovely too Electric bikes are brilliant

The add ons really do add up with breakfast and parking and spa. If you add parking, spa access and breakfast on, it increases the overall cost by quite a sum. We were also told a different price of the parking to what it was and found out it was actually double which was a shame to find out we were given wrong info which cost us. Only other minor thing is rooms are quite small.

Rooms are too small and cramped and lacking some amenities (a refrigerator would be nice). Our balcony faced the parking lot and it was too small to be comfortable or useful. Spa is overpriced for what it offers (basically two small steam rooms and a lukewarm bubbling pool, but no hot tubs). Breakfast was overpriced so we skipped it. Staff could have been more welcoming and informative. In general, we felt like the place was snobby. The walk to the Lake and old part of the Village is about 20 mins downhill. We took Ubers back because it was such a steep climb.

Comfortable bed, great views of Lake Annecy and the mountains, easy parking (for about 12€ per day). We ate dinner once at the casual restaurant and it was good.

Everything was expensive, coffee cost more than a coke. Breakfast was extra and expensive, went into town mostly. Housekeeping hit or miss

We were very dispappointed by the spa area, being used to very confortable spas in Belgium. We only went once whereas we had intended to go every day. Very small sauna with no cold shower or cold bassin upon exit. Changing rooms and showers are very small. The fat boys are not comfortabe at all. But the view on the lake was great.

The room overlooking the pool and the lake was great and the large terrasse was also great. Superbe view ! Very calm area yet walking distance into the old town.

It’s quite a walk away from the town which wouldnt ordinarily bother us but we had aging large breed dog with us so it was hard (exhausting!) to both fill our days and be fair to the pooch. Also despite promoting themselves as pet friendly we were disappointed to not be able to eat with our dog other than breakfast on the terrace. We would have been very happy to have dinner on the terrace but they wouldnt accommodate this so we had to have room service - or choose to eat elsewhere. Driving into annecy wasn’t an option as parking is very difficult to get. We also thought there might helpful books regarding what to do and how to get there but we didn’t find this either. Whilst this not the most expensive hotel one could choose in the area, , it was one of the more elaborate ones we have chosen on our road trip so we were left a bit disappointed.

Also booked a spa experience which was in itself nice but very small and cold. Steam bath and sauna weren’t really warm and not sure how hygenic it is that people are going into the sauna/steam bath and then straight into the pool. The shower with different colours and rains is a nice touch in the Spa though. Also when they say it is slippery, they really do mean it. I myself slipped and had to ice my knee for a whole night but they provided me with some ice when I asked for it. Food was good and service very friendly as well. All in all, the service is definitely good but the Spa is a bit overpriced for what it is and offers (20€, except if you booked a massage, then it is included)

We booked two ‘privilege’ rooms to guarantee views of the lake. The rooms we were given (I explained this was for a family special occasion ) didn’t look much like the Booking.com photos. The view was spoilt by the roof of the restaurant. Also the view from the bedroom was obscured by the balcony wall and outdoor furniture - both of which could do with some refurbishment.

The location decor of rooms and public areas were gorgeous! The ground to well well kept and had fantastic view of the lake.

Super comfy bed, great views from the property (not from room). A very yummy breakfast. Spa looked amazing but we unfortunately weren’t staying long enough to experience.

The staff were too many and there was no continuity. Check in was difficult as there were two people with the same name and they made me feel was at fault. The bar staff were awkward and not friendly

The room was completely different from the one in the photos, it was very small and the bathroom was on a different floor (within the room) and could only access it by climbing dangerously steep stairs. The coat hanger, the wardrobe and the coffee machine were all upstairs next to the bathroom which makes absolutely no sense as the living area is where the bed is. Furthermore we weren't informed that the bathroom was going to be on a different level.

The view and the location were good, the staff is was also very nice.

Spa isn't included in the fee of the room, which I see for the first time in my life in a wellness hotel. And it's pricey comparing to the small space of the spa.

Facilities are very nice and the view of the lake is beautiful.

The room was great if you stand under 5' tall and are alone. I didn't feel like the management wanted my business, something has changed from over the past 12 years, maybe ownership or who knows what.

The views of the lake are top notch. It's clean, walking distance to the city where we had dinner both nights.
