Although the room had tea and coffee facilities there were no milk sachets.

The bedroom was very comfortable, modern ,large and clean. Had all the facilites needed. It was quiet and the surrounding gardens were very pretty. There was a relaxed atmosphere and enjoyed our stay. We found the ordering of the food a little confusing. It had to be ordered at the bar. You were then given tickets to give to the restaurant staff when you were ready to eat. What was lovely was that you could eat anywhere you liked. At the restaurant, in the garden in deckchairs, or comfy seats The staff would find you!

Too many flies/insects in the rooms. Suggest a fly trap or similar. Price for dog we felt was a bit high and thought it was all inclusive in the price.,l

No Air conditioning in the cottages and it smelled a little bit damped. After opening the widows the smell disappeared.

The cottage we're nice with a view of the little pond. Bedrooms were big and bathroom seems pretty new. The fridge worked well. The location was good for our one night stopped.

I usually take an inexpensive basic room so my expectations are limited. Nothing. I much prefer JdA to the large chain hotels in the centre of Angers or Nantes.

Breakfast is ok. Great apple juice, french bread and, of course, cheese. Coffee quite good - I used to work for a company that roasted coffee and I use coffee from the Atherton Tableland in Australia so am reasonably demanding. I like having the gym available and being able to go in late at night or early morning. It is run down and most of the machines are end of life but there is enough kit there to have a decent workout. A very small investment (basic equipment without lots of electronics) would be good - e.g. a spinning machine using magnetic resistance would have been a better buy than the exercise bikes as they are far more robust. JdA is very quiet and when it is open the restaurant is excellent.

we were planning to explore the place for an hour before checking out at 11 and then we found out that our check out was also at 10. Breakfast finished at 10. That was a very early checkout. It was quite stressful for us. Check in was at 16:00.

Really beautiful place but we didnt get to enjoy it.

It would have been nice to have a couple of comfy chairs to sit in the alcove and also outside on the deck when the weather was nice.

The hotel is located in a very lovely garden setting with ponds and walking paths. The cabins were basic but clean.

Not very accessible for people with mobility problems. nobody there to welcome you. Key had to be collected from a different building to the hotel room. More of a conference centre than a hotel for travellers. Reception staff friendly.

the room was basic but comfortable and acceptable with good towels and sheets

The windows all had frosted glass so you were unable to see outdoors ,also unable to open the windows , so with no air conditioning it was very stuffy.

Location good for accessing the Loire tourist spots. Nice gardens and peaceful. Bathroom great and small decking area outside nice.

The bungalow we were assigned seemed to not be used very much and thus, because of its nature as a stand alone unit, did need a bit of airing on arrival. We managed this ourselves perfectly easily and fed this back on check-out and the feedback was well received and noted.

Lovely spot and easy going atmosphere, very quiet. Bungalow had plenty of space and description was clear. Fridge was useful to keep things fresh. Free swimming nearby was a nice perk but we didn't have time to take advantage of it, sadly.

Maybe it should be better sign posted for cyclists coming from the Loire.

The amount of flies in the restaurant both on the floor and all over the breakfast meats and bread. Nothing was covered. All guests had to wait too long to be served as there was insufficient staff to deal with a large (approx 50) young people. We felt sorry for the staff as they were doing their best.

The bungalows were concrete block buildings and very space inside. They asked before if we wanted a table reservation for dinner but omitted to say that if we didn’t book the 2 massive events they had going on that evening meant there was no chance of food at the hotel that night.
