The dark blue decor of my room, whilst not an issue for me, could be a factor of claustrophobia in certain people of a sensitive disposition.

The style of the hotel is truly exceptional. Nestling in a the natural surroundings of the lakes where Corot used to paint the integration is stylish and harmonious. A very exceptional setting for a personal stay.

Spa is really expensive and there is no discount for hotel guests which was odd to me

Great location especially if you want to be in nature My main reason for the visit was to show my mum Chateau de Versailles but not stay in Versailles this place is the perfect in between. The Etang forest is just next to the hotel you can do your morning run in the forest and chill by the pond as you wish. We even walked over to Versailles its just less than 5km - Breakfast buffet was excellent and staff was lovely. Highly recommend for a chill weekend get away

Nothing, we would stay again. Would be nice to have a pool but not essential. Our view was on to the road but we could have upgraded to a lake view.

Restaurant had fixed menu so if you had any special diet there was pointless to use the restaurant.

Strangely for the first two nights we did not receive any dressing gowns or slippers except a small one for our daughter, then on the third night we received dressing gowns and were most pleased ! Slight confusion at checkout regarding the bill, but was sorted quickly and amicably.

Staff are excellent, the food in the casual restaurant was of a very high-quality, and beautifully cooked. The Michelin restaurant was closed, as it is only open on the weekend and we were there during the week. Our suite was a really good size and immaculately clean. The parking garage was easily accessible underneath the hotel and immaculately clean and well lit. 40 minute drive to the centre of Paris by Uber, for the quality of the hotel the room, the staff, the food you would be paying four times the price in Central Paris.

A beautiful and cozy hotel, perfect for a long weekend getaway from the hustle & bustle of Paris. Situated by a lake in forest, it’s truly the rejuvenation you need. The staff are super lovely and accommodating. The fresh daily breakfast spread is also super impressive. We had the prestige room, facing the lake, the beds are comfortable and the jacuzzi with a champagne buzzer is the cherry on top of this stay! Hence we stayed twice in a week! There’s a walking path to the forest right in front of the property. Versailles and Paris are super close by so you’re never too far from any shopping or site seeing activities. Looking forward to staying again already!

not enough choices for food in the evening. and the choices that were available were not very good.

The room was decorated really well, and the bed was very comfortable. Soft sheets, great pillows etc.
