This place is 10/10. From the moment I entered the reception there was an amazing smell of the place which was very pleasant. Receptionist was extremely kind (Anne-Sophie was her name). Place was very clean, well maintained and amazing location. It is very obvious that the manager of this hotel is doing an excellent job, you could sense that from hotel staff and the level of facilities.

There wasn't a bar/cafe available that we could see so couldn't get a coffee, tea or pre dinner drink. We didn't ask at reception so you may be able to get this. The road was right outside our windows and it was very quiet during the night but could be a bit noisy first thing in the morning. This didn't really bother us but next time I would request a room higher up and on the other side of the hotel.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff were so friendly and helpful with all of our requests - booking/recommending restaurants, room requests. Our rooms were together and a really good size, lots of storage and a balcony. They had an excellent system for our rooms together (I don't know if this is the same for all rooms) - there is one door which leads to a hallway and then the two rooms are either side of the hallway. We were then able to lock the main door and have the two bedroom doors unlocked. The facilities were really good - pool, hot tub, gym (good but not excellent), communal areas, car park. The hotel is right in the village so it's easy to go out. We really enjoyed our 3 nights there.

Maybe a few plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses in the room but understand we did not pick a room with a kitchen. I had taken some things with us to use for breakfast so was ok.

We ordered pastries and collected them in the morning at 7.30am. This service worked well for us. Added bonus of a lift to the ski lift and back. Really good ski and boot storage area. Pool and spa area fabulous too at the end of a ski day.

A tiny point: Please place more than one toilet roll in WCs! I understand and applaud your effort to be sustainable, but two grown men with healthy appetites (sharpened by skiing!) and sharing a room may need more than one loo roll - lol!

Everything worked. There is nothing worse than advertising luxury facilities that don't function correctly, but this wasn't the case - everything offered was available. I cannot stress how important this is. Maintaining facilities is expensive, but vital!

There were no drawers in the rooms which made putting clothes away difficult. But this was a tiny point.

Whilst each room in the suite had a tv, this had limited English channels and was not connected to the internet. We couldn’t watch Netflix or cast out laptop as a result.

Absolutely everything. The location was perfect - for bars, restaurants, ski hire, local shuttle pick up for the GME and nearby villages. The rooms were really well kept, a good size, warm, tidied every morning. The ski lockers were really cool, with heated rails for your boots and gloves (picture attached). The staff were fantastic; organising dinner at local restaurants for us and just generally nice people in general. I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

The bedroom was a bit warm for my liking and I couldn’t turn the heat down but my wife said temp was fine.

Great hotel, superb rooms, wonderful shower, superb friendly and helpful staff, comfy bed, nice seating/bar area. Pool and facilities are great. Stayed here twice, once in summer once in winter will very happily be staying here again.

The team at the hotel were amazing. Special thanks to Juliette who was always on-hand to help with any questions, restaurant bookings and generally being a welcoming smile. And we must not forget Petula (the Managers dog), a little ray of sunshine.
