The shower was very small and water temperature kept fluctuating when in the shower. Also T here was also construction going on beside us and we were not previously advised of the noise. There could have been more coffee for two people.

It was clean and the property with the garden and flowers were nice.

Maybe it's just a Paris thing but for a guy who is 6 feet, shower cabin and room in general was absolutely tiny, i can't imagine if you're above 6 feet or close to 190 cm how are you suppose to fit there.

I liked that hotel was in a quiet area and that we were in talking distance from the sub when we arrived there. It's a very nice hotel to start out your day on foot, while going towards all the cool places you wanna visit in Paris you will be met with small coffee shops and bakeries on your way.

The two upstairs beds were in a loft with only three foot of clearance, thus you need to craw along the floor to get to the beds. Need to climb four flights of stairs (no lift) to reach the apartment.

Lovely location in Paris in a charismatic apartment building. Facilities in the apartment all fine with nice lounge/dining area.

A bit noisy, and no proper air conditioning. Was really hot and the fan in the room didn’t help at all. We were opening the windows in the evening and early morning to cool the room temperature. Otherwise it was impossible to sleep.

It’s very small we were a family of 5 so was very cramped navigating around with the pull out sofa bed and suitcases also upstairs a grown adult could not stand up and would have to crouch around to get to bed

Excellent location, short walk to Pompidou, metro station, Notre Dame. You enter into a lovely alley way overflowing with plants and vegetation, reminiscent of Bali or somewhere lush and tropical. The room was nice, clean and with an outside deck. Comfortable and clean bed, kitchen, bathroom.

The oven and kettle were broken. There was a mouse in the apartment. We could smell cigarette smoke and hear loud voices at night from the people in the courtyard below.

The location was fantastic- close to so many cafes, restaurants, shops and interesting places as well as near three Metro stations. It had a nice vibe, in an old renovated building down a cool street.

No elevator. Very high and steep stairs. If you struggle with stairs you may want to ask for a ground floor studio.

It is a small studio which reminded me of my first studio in Paris. Well equipped but everything is small. Fine for me traveling alone but it would be a squeeze for two or if you are a big person. Location is great and very central.

the entire set of building along the courtyard is short-term rentals. It is a touristy microcosm and it can get loud. Cigarette smokes wafts from below, music from above, children noises etc. It also would be nice to have a person on place that helps with questions and potential issues

Very small room for 3 pers. No aircond. Wifi was not really functioning.

Very special building with a nice garden. The surroundings were really nice with lots of restaurants. Close to metro station. Check in and out were smooth.

The furniture seats in our room could do with replacing but loved having somewhere to eat and a mini functional kitchen. Decor could do with a lick of paint, bit shabby chic. Overall it is still a cool.place to be.

There was no staff—more like an Airbnb. The code to get into the room was 9 digits long and the room was on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Small and ok for two people given the standard room size in Paris but I think is too small for 3 people. WiFi does not work at all which is disappointing when there isn’t much phone coverage in the building

Great location, plenty of clean sheets and towels. Would definitely return.
