The girls at the reception were lovely however there was an older lady handling both the reception and restaurant. Very rude and didn’t help us eat at the hotel restaurant even though we stay at the hotel

No security box in room so had to leave valuables with reception No fridge in room which would have been handy Our room was above the wash/laundry room so some noise Also above delivery point so early morning canister drop off a bit noisy once a week

Our room's door is quite old and no security latch or a peep hole. Used an ordinary key to enter and lock our door. Bathroom has only 2 very small shower gel provided. We had to ask for more at Reception. Staff were very helpful and gave us enough so just ask if you need more stocks! Bring your own shampoo/conditioner/shower gel. No fridge but 2x complimentary bottles of water given. As we only stayed for one night, it was ok but not if you're there for 2 or more nights. Temperature was around 32 degrees when we were there so definitely a fridge is a MUST if staying longer.

The location was perfect for our needs. Located at the centre and lots of shops and restaurants around. Near the seafront.

The room was nice enough and in keeping with the hotels charm, but maybe in need of a refurb at some point.

Great location, right in the town near dozens of restaurants, bakeries and 5 mins walk to the beach and to the ferry for Saint Tropez. Spacious room and friendly staff who were extremely helpful and clean room.

Located near the harbour and town centre, this lovely hotel wa sour stay for 2 nights. The room was relatively small but comfortable, with a compact en suite bathroom. We had a balcony with views out towards the harbour. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked good. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The bathroom was very small. There was no elevator (lift) to the guest-room floors. The air-conditioning in my room was just average and could have been better.

The location was outstanding and the kerbside appeal on arrival was stunning. The staff made check-in very straightforward and fast, and the rooms had delightful decor and pleasant outlooks. The shower was exceptional, and room cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel bar and restaurant were spacious and again featured stylish decor. Everything in the town was close by and accessible.

Perfect location in front of the harbor of Saint Maxime. You have everything you need by walk, no need to use a car. The room has a beautiful view with the Saint Tropez Gulf as countryside.

The girls at the front desk were lovely and helpful with carrying my suitcase up to room 37 and when I locked my keys in my car, they were also very helpful to make the appropriate phone calls. Great location too. You will love the church bells !

The toilet was set too high off of the floor (& I am tall!!!) & no basic kettle facility for tea or coffee. Some attempt at renovation but it was in contrast to other bits that looked quite average. The restaurant area looked great & made a wonderful 1st appearance…but we spent our time in our room which was fine re; comfort & quietness & we were mainly out & about - so all good!

Room was not clean. Dusty surfaces and floor. No elevator. Needed to carry suitcases to second floor.

Located in the center in front of the port. Many restaurants and bars around. Very welcoming staff at the reception. Reasonably priced. Comfortable rooms with large shower rooms. Very good breakfast in a pleasant dinning room. Parking can be arranged in reception for a fee.

This place had positive welcoming vibes with all the windows and doors open to the street. The interiors had ambience and the sage green is very calming. Petit dejeuner is typical of French offerings. This has a front restaurant and drinking area just outside the property and all areas were lovely (we dined at all). Bed was very comfy. The shower was divine! As it is right on the beach and shopping the cost is reflective of this. So much activity overnight with market and music down the street. Parking with electric car charging stations a couple of streets back.
