The only thing is that the door to the room was very old and not easy to open and close.

I really liked the hotel. It had a large window and a balcony with a beautiful view. The room was comfortable, with a new shower and a new bathroom, and the breakfast was amazing with homemade pies and pancakes - truly made with love.

Breakfast was very healthy and good, all organic local produce and served with fresh squeezed orange juice. Coffee and tea available all day Cake from breakfast sometimes available on return from skiing

Friendly, small, comfortable hotel in a central location. The rooms are well appointed and have breathtaking views of the Alpes. I loved the focus on organic / bio products and the breakfast set-up also hit all the right notes. This is a really good hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone considering where to stay in Deux Alpes

It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room and slightly larger bath towels. Other than that our stay was perfect!

The hotel is brilliantly located for the new Jandri lift and for the ESF ski lessons meeting point. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and looked after my gluten-free needs for breakfast and afternoon tea/cake really well.

The rooms could've been a little bigger, esp the family room that we stayed in. The bunk beds were really creaky and we were scared to put our 12yr old on the top bed thinking it might break. The toilet and bathroom in the room didn't have any ventilation.

The staff at the reception are really friendly esp Emily. Gave us the guidance for the ski passes, restaurants to try out and the trails to go as a family. The breakfast is cozy, effective and coffee/cakes available all through the day. Great when you have kids with you.

Only stayed for 1 night in the family room but everything was great. Staff very helpful and the breakfast was really lovely served from 7-10am. I like the fresh/organic concept. Fresh pancakes and maple syrup. Miam. Great location close to Jandri lift for glacier skiing.

The option to have a drink at a bar would make it perfect although there is a bar attached to the hotel so this is not a big deal

The hotel has many lovely nice touches such as freshly baked cakes each afternoon and available teas and coffees for guests to help themselves throughout the day. It has a calm and happy vibe which was perfect for our family ski holiday.

We had booked 3 rooms for our stay 2 x family and 1 x double. One week before our stay the property informed us that they had overbooked and asked if we would be able to go down to 2 x family rooms to allow for the additional guest. We had to refuse due to the dynamics of the group. I do not believe that we should have had this request made of us. We booked back in June 2023 for our stay in Feb 2024. Thankfully we were able to keep our rooms.

Pillows aren't comfortable, no wardrobe in the room, no drier in the skiroom, no ventilation in the toilet. There is 3 floors and no elevator, sometimes after skiing it's not very easy to get to the 3rd floor

Location, view from the room. Breakfast is the same every day, but it's good. Whole day access to the dinning room with microwave, kettle and coffee machine.

some times felt very warm, heating was very high, toilet space was very small

Wouldn’t be able to work from here - the WiFi was unusable in the breakfast room or in our room. On our second day, the shower in our bathroom started overflowing - the receptionist then asked us about our insurance to cover if the floor gets damaged (still not sure why that would have been our fault). Afterwards we ended up only turning the shower half on to avoid any further overflows. Breakfast was nice but the fruit was often brown and, heads up, they don’t serve croissants (because they don’t serve any industrial products).

I was woken every day by the noise of snow clearing in the road outside at 0550! So some better sound proofing would be better next time.
