The staircase is a nightmare with luggage and it's hard to figure out which apartment is the correct one. But this is a problem at the beginning, after that everything is fine.

The soundproofing is poor that I can clearly hear people going up and down the stairs and talking in the corridor. I think it is because it is an old building. And the mattress is aged.

The location is very good, close to the port and the most prosperous commercial district. There is also a very delicious brunch shop nearby. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They respond promptly and provide useful information proactively.

Beautiful Stylish Apartment in the Heart of the Old Town – Old Port Lovely, stylish apartment right in the heart of the Old Town, just a 2-minute walk from the main street with restaurants and the port itself. The apartment is bright and well-equipped with everything you might need. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The reception desk normally opens at 9 AM, but we were leaving earlier — and someone kindly met us ahead of time with no issues at all. The staff were super friendly and always available for communication. The area felt safe, and the location is perfect both for walking around and accessing public transport.

It was a bit difficult to find it initially - the reception is on one street and the entrance in on another paralel street.

It was a nice little apartment, but enough spacious for three people, with all amenities needed. The kitchen it large. The location is top - in the old port neighbourhood, walking-distance from many restaurants, brunch and breakfast cafes, landscape. The staff were happy to help, were very polite and nice people.

The stairs to our studio were difficult for me with painful knees - but that’s a ‘me’ problem, not a problem with the accommodation!

I booked two apartments, a studio for myself and my husband plus a one bedroom for my daughters. The staff were so welcoming, the apartments were spotlessly clean, and they were beautifully decorated with excellent facilities.

The reception was round the corner in another block and everytime you needed extra towels or toilet rolls, we had to go to reception to collect ourselves. Although on 1st floor, apt had a good 20 stairs to climb with suitcases.

The apartment was awesome, spacious had everything we needed including dishwasher and washing machine. Our stay was very comfortable.

The staff was really kind and friendly. Our apartment was on the first floor- street side. We were a bit worried about the noise, but thanks to the double glazing windows the room was very quiet! The flat had everything we needed, from several coffee options to the washing machine detergent. The location was just perfect, a few seconds away from the port and the city centre. We definitely recommend this place!
