Location in very quiet village close to nature, very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, nice breakfast buffet

Attitude of one member of the breakfast staff. Too severe and authoritative. The other member of staff who served us the evening before and went out of his way to accommodate our requirements, was not available.

All went very well. In a very quiet location. Room was comfortable. Garden Pool was freezing so went for a swim in the indoor heated pool which was pleasing. Lots of outdoor facilities for families in pleasant surroundings.

Very beautiful location, calm, clean, friendly staff. The familly room is comfortable and quite big. The play room has a lot of different games : pingpong, badminton, babyfoot and many social games. The outside swimmingpool and the surrounding garden with a nine-hole pitch-and-putt golf and a tennis court.

The bathroom shower sprayed water everywhere, even after the receptionist tried to sort it. The bathroom was a bit run down compared to the room. Around about the outdoor pool looked tired. Crazy golf needs maintenance. AC or fans would also be good in rooms.

Good for an older family of 4. Room was excellent. The receptionist was very helpful and spoke good English. Food and drink was a very reasonable price. Good facilities for older kids.

It was COLD.The hotel was not heated well.The hot pool was NOT hot .28 degrees far too cold for this time in May We were disappointed with that.Our room had a heater but it took a long time to warm the room up.

Really good rooms with great bathroom and comfortable bed. Balcony with view. Chairs and brilliant radiator (perfect for drying wet motorcycle gear! 😁). Decent dinner and breakfast with very friendly and helpful staff. Tea and coffee in room.

Couldn't get into the restaurant as full. Staff really reluctant to arrange bar snacks etc.overall a good stay but staff really unwilling to accommodate weary travellers past 8pm.

Hotel in the middle of nowhere 30 minutes from the main highway, The most ignorant man I have ever met 'greeted' us by shouting at me that we should not have arrived at 9:30pm as the hotels is shut and all staff go home, REPEAT, THE HOTEL SHUTS AT 9PM, NO ONE ON SITE AT ALL!!! Total safety issue and bookings should not be sending people here, it is not a self catering apartment, it is a hotel. Would never have stayed if it wasn't too late to go somewhere else. ****** UPDATE ****** Since the hotel has now responded with a pack of lies without making any reference to the aggressive nature of the manager, I hope others will realise that they really do not care about their customers and have a total disregard for what a hotel should be. They are a total disgrace and I would advise anyone to avoid this 'hotel' at all costs.

Worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. I have been using Bookings for over 10 years and have never felt the need to leave a negative review but feel compelled to let everyone know about this place and the awful aggressive manager. Please check my other reviews to see that I am not a complainer.

After a hot June, we wanted a week of cooler weather to relax and get into the countryside. Les Hameaux fitted the bill perfectly, located in a beautiful setting and surrounded by lots of well marked, scenic trails. I t is extremely clean and comfortable with welcoming staff, great facilities, good meals and free onsite parking.

There is a charging capability for your electric car. But this is complete scam. I need to pay 73 EUR for my charging session which was only 37 KWH. The charging time was only 3,5 hours and they charge me 73 EUR which is complete scam. Crazy money for such a session. Very very unhappy about this. Overall the hotel itself is nice and staff is great. But the charging I highly highly do not recommend unless you hate money and like to be scammed.

The pool area needs more pool beds/chairs if you want to accommodate a large percentage of the clients in the hotel. We had to lie in the grass outside the pool area because everything was full, which was ok for us but we could see other clients trying to stay closer to the pool and people just stayed in the same spot for the whole afternoon occupying the stretchers for themselves.

Very peaceful to rest. Everything was OK and we all had a good time. Room was nice.
