Ocksana was very helpful in the lead up to our arrival. The chalet was comfortable and the skidoo to and from the chalet was very fun. Being the first on the slopes every morning because the chalet is on the mountain was an added bonus.

Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets and bin bags were not supplied.

Amazing location up the slope, easy to access via a green run for any beginners. Using the ski doos was fun and well organised. The staff were exceptionally helpful and even put on welcome drinks on the Sunday evening for everyone! The room (9-12 beds) was big enough with 2 small single beds on a Juliet balcony meaning everyone had a proper bed not a sofa bed.

Excellent. The welcome drinks were a great idea, we could meet the other residents. The skidoo drivers were punctual and polite. All the chalet staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Whilst you can walk to the town, it is not practical, certainly not to get groceries. It is a walk down one of the busiest ski runs, and the walk back up is steep. But the Skidoo will take you down after the slopes have closed, and the Skidoo is a great fun ride down to the town. But we needed the medical centre and pharmacy during the day, and this was not accessible for us until after the slopes closed. If it was an emergency though, they are able to take the Skidoo down during the day. The Chalet is not sound proof, so it can be very noisy (we had a noisy group next door to us), but I guess that is just the luck of the draw! The Chalet is above Bar360, which is a popular Apre-Ski bar from 3pm to 6pm Sunday to Friday.

Ocksana was as amazing as every single review said she was. And more! She will do anything for you and certainly makes sure your stay is worth every minute and is hassle free. The chalet was a great amount of space for us. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the entire chalet was clean and of a great standard. You can order fresh baguettes and croissants every morning, and they were incredible. The entire Chalet has that real ski feeling. We woke up every morning to snowfall, and as it is on the slopes, you have the most stunning views of the Alps.

Could do with an extra bathroom, 2 between 12 was a bit squishy! Given the remote location, either some essentials on arrival E.g. washing up stuff/ extra loo roll…or a note to say what to bring or order in advance would be great.

brilliant location, great staff and wonderful stay, thank you!

Noise between apartments was a bit of an issue. Luckily we didn't have a lot of noise from the apartment above us but I could imagine that if there was a party or group of kids having a good time, light sleepers would be awake all night.

The breakfast was basic but all we needed. Food is pre-ordered the night before and trays are left out for guests to pick up in the morning.

The property is located on the slopes (1 km away from Val Thornes settlement), there is no car access to the property. The only access to the property is via ski-lifts/skis or snowmobile shuttles. Once the ski-lifts are closed the only way to get to or from the property is snowmobile shuttle which is available after 17:45, free shuttles are available only till 8:00 pm, afterwards you have to pay 5.5 Euro per person.

The location is very good for skiing. It has ski-in and ski-out access. Ski lifts are very close to the property.
