Excellent stay in Lille, warm welcome from Patrizia, so helpful and friendly with advice on where to visit and eat in Lille. A charming and beautiful city, the old town has a lovely vibe in the evening. The apartment has everything you need and exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and luxurious bed and bedding, very well equipped kitchenette and all you needed for comfort and convenience. Boulangerie and small supermarkets around the corner. Would definitely stay again.

Bed was slightly short for my 6ft2ins height.

Compact but very well fitted out room with all you would need for a few nights city break. Excellent value and close to the city centre with easy access to the train station either on foot or by Metro. Nice value-added touches such as a coffee maker and pods, chocolates plus water and drinks in the fridge. Warm welcome from hostess Patrizia.

Rather small but ideal for a night or 2. Also there was a smell of cooking during the evening and night we think from the restaurant downstairs but the candle was helpful to disguise this

Had a lovely 2 night stay at this location all hosted wonderfuly by Patrizia. Patrizia met us on arrival and explained everything thoroughly to us and gave us advice on places to vist. A great room, warm, spacious with a great kitchenette area too with everything supplied. Loved the drinks provided in the fridge and coffee/tea too.... lovely touch. The shower room was modern and towels provided. Will stay here again if we visit Lille.

Noise from people on street, hovewer that's the price you pay if you want to be in the centre of a city. I was expecting that and convenience of location was more important for me.

The host was exceptionally friendly and supportive. The accommodation was spotless clean, has everything you could possibly need - I've never been in a place better prepared for guests. The bed was also very comfortable - one of the best mattresses (but that is a personal preference :). The location is very good for sightseeing, you are "next door" to Museum Beaux Arts. Places to eat and to shop are nearby.

Good location (you can even walk there from Lille Flandres). A very nice host who arranged a late check-in and was very welcoming. The room is well-equipped and clean, is in a beautiful old building with very high ceilings. The room has cooking facilities and a balcony. The host also provided some products like biscuits, chocolate, juice, water, tea, coffee. Overall a very positive experience.

A tiny bit of noise at night but this is due to the fact the location is excellent and very central; and therefore at night, you might hear people coming out of bars (at weekends!). But really not too disturbing.

Perfect little studio, right in the centre of Lille. We even walked from Lille Europe (Eurostar) to the location. Everything is walking distance or you can easily hop on a bus. Patrizia is such an amazing host, very friendly, flexible and welcoming! She does everything to make your stay be extra special. We were so pleased with my partner! Thank you so much

It's at the edge of the town centre, but we knew that when booking, and only a few minutes to the main train station using the metro. Nothing we didn't like.

Everything. Communication was excellent before the stay, and our room was available early. Patrizia met us on arrival and was friendly and helpful. It's in a beautiful old building. The room has everything you need - cooking facilities, small dining table, and a balcony. We had biscuits, drinks and other items left for us, and a coffee machine. Room was clean, bed comfortable, and a well equipped shower room. A home from home, and great value compared to hotels.
