Not the fault of property but the area. If you are going to the area for champagne tasting etc don't go at the weekend as everything is closed. Town has 2 restaurants and nothing else open.

No ventilation or aircon in room. Need to open window or door for fresh air after bath or shower. Bedding is also bit warm for summer and pillows can improve.

The ONLY downside was that there wasn’t air conditioning which was necessary when using the jacuzzi and sauna. Windows were large but not suitable to be left open unattended.

Nit-picking, but for the cooks among you: bring some extra cutlery, especially knives. Also if you need a potato peeler, best bring that yourself too. Apart from that nothing much left to be wished for. For a few nights everything you need is there.

Such a lovely decorated apartment. Great when you travel with a few colleagues or friends. It was perfectly suited for our needs. It helps that there's a little square in front of the building which offers free parking.

Two flights of stairs

Tastefully and beautifully set out studio. The bed was comfortable, spotless bathroom and close by to local restaurant and bakery.

It is a great place to stay when you’re in the region. We only stayed 1 night but this could have been plenty more as the apartment is very well furnished. Easy access and very quiet. Parking very close by so is the lovely bakery and Boucher. Can’t wait to return

We loved our stay at Les bras de Morphée. The room is very well decorated, modern and functional. We needed a cot for our baby and there it was, with cute bedsheets! The location is perfect, in the middle of the Route touristique de Champagne.

Superb stylish property, spacious, light, tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard, equipped with everything we needed along with helpful explanatory notes. Spotlessly clean. Well situated for baker and restaurants. Free parking nearby. One of the best places we have stayed in, a pity we had only a single night’s stay.

We liked everything about the accommodation, it was top class! It should perhaps be mentioned in the description of the property that the stairs up to it might be a bit steep and narrow for some people.

The location was extremely conveniently placed for all our needs.

There was no such thing. We were satisfied. Just wished we could stayed longer.

Wonderful, helpful and promptly responding host Caroline. The place is neatly designed and decorated. Conveniently equipped. Location is another huge asset, some fine champagne houses within minutes of walking distance.

2 flights of steep stairs. No Champagne houses open Friday night or Saturday morning, so we left empty handed.

Once the 2 flights of stairs were ascended, a modern, clean sizeable and well equipped apartment was revealed. Wow!!! Nice location and easy walk to fabulous boulangerie.

Very cute studio room fully renovated and with very nice interior look. All things were of high standards and it made us have a great and relaxing stay in Avize. The location is so quiet and surrounded by nature.
