Some rooms were only accessible by stairs, this made it difficult for us with a stroller and a sleeping baby.

Rooms were small & it was also quite hot in the rooms which made it hard to sleep. There was no windows & we couldn’t sleep with the door open at night as we were on ground level

Dirty dishes at breakfast. I had to make comments to the staff for several days, pointing out dirty mugs on the table that had just been set, or dirty plates laid out for breakfast!!!

Delicious food in the restaurant, great hostess at lunch and dinner who was very helpful and spoke good English. Great location, close to ski lifts and ski rentals.

The only very minor niggle; the listing on Booking and info provided in the room says that there are tea making facilities, but there aren't. It would have been nice to be able to make a hot drink. I asked and the hotel said they could provide a kettle but it doesn't seem to come as standard.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. We picked the hotel because it had a pool and was ideal for a summer break. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

The room was a bit small. The shower didn't have a high shower head locater, so you could only have a hand held shower or bath.

The hotel is in a central convenient location and has good facilities. The room had plenty of storage, the bed was comfy & the balcony enjoyed afternoon sunshine. There was an adequate choice at breakfast.

Nothing I didn't like much, but it took a while to get the hot water in the shower.

Bed could have been more comfortable. Also wasn’t a double rather two singles locked together.

The location was very central only a few metres from the lifts at Chaudanne. We had a great room with a large shared balcony area. Pool and spa area was a real bonus for relaxing apres ski. Half board option was great for us and the food was excellent.

Strange access to different levels, especially from car park level; it really isn't clear where you should go. The over-priced restaurant has pretensions to be considered among the top addresses in Méribel; it isn't. The food is simply OK; the service could be considerably improved and the (impressive, expensive) wine list is totally inappropriate with respect to the menu.

Location, room, friendliness/professionalism of hotel staff. Room door is heavy and appears to be soundproofed. Triple glazing (necessary for rooms overlooking the noisy cable car station).

Would be nice to pay for parking ahead of time so we can immediately drive and park in the garage before checking in.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. We initially had a room on the first floor and were concerned about noise. Staff were able to relocate us and exceeded expectations. Nice breakfast and excellent location for skiers/snowboarders.

The location is arguably one of the best in Meribell. We were so pleasantly surprised. And the outdoor facilities (pool/spa/sauna/steam room) are epic and to a high quality. Best value for money hotel I have staying in a ski resort town. Even the breakfast was far more then the simple 'continental breakfast' advertised at book.
