United KingdomIt needs a lot of work and updating, no shower curtain (leading to my husband to slip and fall as the bathroom was soaking wet) but we booked two rooms the other room did have a shower curtain and mould around the bathroom and room in both rooms, no towels in either rooms! we asked for some the evening we arrived we were told they were in the wash we still hadn’t received them by the following morning we requested again and we got the same response they are being washed! (That is one very long washing cycle) electrical cover to the lights were missing on the switch and around one of the lights! In the same room with no shower curtain. So a little neglect could be a lovely place if more care and attention to detail was put in however still good value for money for one night stop over I wouldn’t stay longer than one night!
The property was quiet and staff pleasant free parking was a bonus great to have a fridge and microwave!

Great place for one night stop over, we slept well. You get what you pay for the price - so would recommend, as long as you are not expecting hotel luxury. After hours check in worked well for us.
