Nice modern furnishings inside a pretty old building with lots of flowers along the outside wall and gate. A good quality breakfast. The rooms were clean and spacious. Easy to get to and from the motorway, in a small picturesque village.

Beautiful, small hotel in a quiet area, which was a perfect stop off on our road trip to the south of France. We had the family room and it was perfect for our needs. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, and helped rearrange our restaurant booking when we were running late. We really enjoyed the restaurant that is part of the hotel on our arrival evening, followed by a play in the park by the river.

In a very small town it would have been nice if the hotel had a bar. However we did enjoy a drink on the tiny terrace area in the sunshine after a long drive which was nice

The hotel was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed staying here. We had an exceptional meal in the restaurant owned by the hotel and would highly recommend it. The staff were also very good. Breakfast was nice.

The property was great. Our room was on the second floor and it was air conditioned. The stairs were not a problem for us but there was no lift for visitors with reduced mobility.

Not a fan of separate toilet and shower facilities

Able to park right outside the hotel.Friendly and efficient welcome. Room was very clean and comftable shower was hot and good flow of water. hotel restaurant was a few steps down the road was fabulous and of superb quality. Overall great stoppover hotel ipretty village and great value for money breakfast was a little basic but perfectly adequate.

Church bells early morning although it was a Sunday!

Spotlessly clean, fresh, modern and comfortable accommodation. Room was a generous size with a good shower and comfy bed. Air-con was quiet and efficient. Perfect location in a pretty French village on our drive back from the south of France to the UK and not too much of a detour from the main route. There were a couple of small shops just across the road for essentials and a lovely associated restaurant just along the street which served delicious food. The man on reception was friendly and helpful and spoke good English. An overall great experience for a short overnight stop.

Breakfast offerred good fruit salad and a srlection of bread and croissants. Restaurant attached to hotel for dinner was great. Nice atmosphere and good food.

Easy to find with free car parking available. The staff are lovely and speak reasonable English. The rooms are huge and are very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel restaurant is just down the road and takes less than 2 minutes to walk. The food is exceptional and well priced. The only thing that divided opinion between my husband and I was the carpet on the 1st floor, the design is large pebbles which I found freaky but my husband liked it.

I couldn't get the wifi to work in my room, but it is an old building with thick walls. Not a big deal.

This was a great find. Not too much of a deviation from out south to north motorway route. Lovely traditional French hotel, with an excellent dinner taken at the associated restaurant nearby. Generously sized room, comfortable bed.

The restaurant that is run by the hotel [but just a minute's walk down the road] was excellent and a great addition to the stay. It was a lovely stop-over on the way to the Alps.

Nothing it was perfect

We stayed at Hotel le Vauxois for one night as we were driving back home to England from the South. Wow what a beautiful place. We were made to feel really welcome when we arrived. The room was big and immaculate! We dined at the restaurant while we were there and the food was just beautiful and such a reasonable price! The location is stunning too. Breakfast was really cute, some pastries in a basket on our table and then meat, cheese, beautiful fresh bread, yoghurt, fruit, granola etc and lovely coffee! We would stay again when we next come to France. Thank you 😁
