United Arab EmiratesFirst of all I have to mention that if you pay around 250-300€ per night at that hotel, that will be a good experience. But since we booked it only 1 week in advance and paid 800€ per night, I can only rate it 8 maximum because room at this hotel can’t cost 800€, it is too expensive. 1. We didn’t really like the location: ski out - yes, but ski in (back to the hotel) was not that easy, hotel is located a bit higher than we expected. 2. We stayed in two different rooms in total. In one of them the mattress and pillows were so bad, after each night the whole body ached. But after we changed the room it became much much better 3. For one room you’ll get only one small locker, it is not easy to fit there 2 snowboards

Stunning location. Gets lots of sunshine and you can chill out outside on their 1971 restaurant/ cafe. It is on the main ski area with very easy ski in and out. Staff very friendly and helpful with twice a day cleaning of the room. Swimming pool nicely warm and spa very good and can see out to the pistes. Very accommodating in allowing late check out so we can ski in the morning before leaving. Definitely would come back.

The staff were fabulous! It was modern, cosy and clean. The breakfast was plentiful and the staff were so welcoming. The hotel was right in the middle of Val Thorens, proximity to ski slopes, ice skating, shops were right on the door step.

Wasn’t too much not to like about the hotel. Perfect location, ski in ski out, and all the staff were lovely and on hand to help with any needs. The breakfast was great as well, which is a big bonus when you’re setting yourself for a days skiing. When I return next year, I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

My daughter and I had breakfast each day. There was a good variety of fresh food, which was well presented and good quality. We had dinner one evening and the buffet was excellent. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very accommodating us in allowing to check out on our final day, leave our bags, shower and change at the end of the day.
