Thank you for taking the time to review our apartment. Just to clarify it is an apartment, not a hotel, and it is very normal for the clients to be asked to remove the rubbish, empty the dishwasher, and take off the used bedlinen. At no point have you been asked to clean the apartment, in fact it was clear you had not. As I have a score of 9.1, it is apparent that the majority of my guests are happy with the cleanliness of the apartment on arrival, so clearly the system works. Shops sell many types of mattresses, and it is impossible to find one that suits everyone. In the last 30 reviews on Booking.com not a single person has complained about the mattress, sofabed or the linen. But I certainly take on board your comments. After spending a great deal of time answering your numerous questions, before and during your stay, I am somewhat disappointed with your score. Kind regards Emma
