United KingdomNothing. The credit card style room keys required to access and use everything including the lifts are a little confusing but once you get used to them you appreciate the security they give, but never leave the room without one!
The Tremplin is perfectly situated, both close to the lifts and to the heart of the village. The secure underground parking accessed directly in to the hotel and led directly to the hotel lift door making loading and unloading simple. The breakfast is comprehensive and good quality. The spa facilities are handy, with no extra charges and very quiet! Boot room is very accessible to both the hotel lifts and the ski lifts! The young lady on duty at reception during our stay couldn't have been more helpful and cheerful.

The breakfast was excellent, the ski and boot lockers were perfect and adding a lift to bring us to street level was brilliant. Hotel is 5 min walk from tougnette and sauriere lifts which is reasonable. We booked a superior family room for 4 with just 2 of us in the room and my only disappointment was how tiny this room was. We barely fit 2 adults in the room and had less than 10" to squeeze by the foot of the bed to get upstairs. But despite that one problem the hotel was very quiet and well operated. The star of the hotel was Elise at the front desk and she really made the difference between a good stay and a great stay.

We ate there twice and each time there was one part of the meal which just was not up to standard, on one occasion cold and tasteless, on another still frozen in the middle. Such a shame because it lets the whole place down and the rest is excellent.

Excellent location in the heart of Méribel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was delicious. The ski room was fully renovated and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here, we will definitely be back!

United KingdomThe restaurant in the evening was like Fawlty Towers. The food was good quality, but the service was absolutely shocking. The staff were running around like headless chickens, achieving nothing. It was entertaining to watch everyone complaining and sending food back. The staff at the hotel were definitely a mixed bunch of good and bad. Mostly bad I’m afraid, quite unfriendly and unhelpful. 2 members of staff who deserve a mention for being excellent are Malorie, breakfast lady and Margaux on reception, both lovely helpful girls.
The location was superb, central for everything. The facilities were great, especially the spa area and the rooms had everything you needed. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice.
