This charming apartment, perfectly located just steps from Orleans Cathedral, offers a peaceful stay in the heart of the city. Beautifully furnished and well-equipped, it retains its historic charm while providing modern comforts. Though the unique lighting system takes a minute to learn, a fully equipped kitchen makes longer stays easy. The bedroom is simple and comfortable, and the compact bathroom is well-designed. The friendly host provides great local recommendations. Highly recommended!

The location is ideal for a stay in Orleans, situated just 300 meters from the historic cathedral. Despite being in the heart of the city, the apartment is quite tranquil, with bedroom windows facing an inner garden. The street-facing windows offer excellent noise insulation. The apartment is cozy, beautifully furnished, and decorated; the owner has successfully preserved the charm of the old building while ensuring comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped for a multi-day stay. The lighting system is interesting (it takes a bit of figuring out!))), yet convenient. The bedroom is straightforward and functional, with a decent mattress (it would be nice to have a smaller pillow option). The bathroom is compact but well-designed. The host is friendly and accommodating, providing valuable information about local restaurants and attractions. Highly recommend! Thank you very much!

From this location in the pedestrian old town, full of character, it was very, very convenient to everywhere we wanted to visit in a 3 day stay. We walked everywhere except for the time we took the close-by tram to the bus to return to Paris.

There was no perfect arrangement about meeting. If my phone did not work, there was no way to communicate. I needed to open my satellite connection ($10) to be able to connect. Besides this, all was great.

Spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice retro look and feel about it - I loved the old desk in the bedroom. The apartment was well furnished and very clean. Good communication with Anaelle who was very responsive with a couple of queries/requests. The provision of coffee and chocolates was also a nice touch.

It is, as described, on the second floor and there is no lift. No problem for us but bear in mind.

The apartment was very comfortable and well equipped. It is very convenient for everything you might need, sights, restaurants bars etc and it is a stones throw from the cathedral. The host was very helpful.

Nothing really. Maybe the stairs but to stay in such a beautiful building, it is worth the climb.

Wow, wow, wow. What a fabulous apartment. We absolutely loved it and wished we could have stayed more than two nights. Everything was perfect. Right from the lovely lounge, the well appointed kitchen and the very comfortable bed in a huge bedroom. WiFi was excellent. Quiet wonderful street just around the corner from the cathedral. Everything is within walking distance, cafes, restaurants, major sightseeing sites and the tram. Our hosts were fantastic especially since we had trouble with our train from Paris being cancelled. They communicated with us all the time which was very helpful as we were a bit stressed with the situation. Excellent value and one of the best properties we have stayed in. Would definitely recommend. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

Location right next to the cathedral. Note the underground car park at the cathedral is the nearest car park (100m). We also love the rustic, traditional nature of the building & the apartment. TV perfect for watching the rugby World Cup games 😊

Unable to make lounge room where sofa bed is dark. Nowhere to hang wet towels.

Excellent location and mostly quiet. We were met personally which was lovely. Apartment is nicely furnished and decorated with an interesting collection of old ephemera and photographs. Kitchen is well equipped. Access to Netflix a bonus.

The apartment is super charming and Frank and Anaëlle thought about everything. All sort of cups for coffee, tea, wine glasses etc. there is a toaster,nespresso coffee machine, water boiler . Plates, fridge, dishwasher . It's beautiful
