United KingdomThis is a niggle, We arrived with two bikes. The staff showed us the bike storage, in a quiet backstreet. There was no lock on the gate, and though there was a bike shed, it was not secured. We could use our bike locks there, however. Given the popularity of cycling and the amazing location of the hotel, securing the bike shed would seem like a good idea.
The hotel is situated on a quiet seafront. Our room had a great sea view. Beds were comfortable. The room was a good size.

United Kingdomthe parking is over the road and can get a bit busy... bear in mind it is over a bar, though the noise didn't bother us, the food was OK but not wowee brilliant, but nothing to complain about... we'd stay again.
Great room - though the furniture was a bit knackered... superb view out over the bay... all a bit basic but clean and comfortable so no complaints at all...

United KingdomOur arrival was awful. The town was very busy and we couldn't find the hotel parking. . If we'd had been given instructions via booking .com then that would have been a help. As it was we learned that we had to go to reception to get directions to the parking however there was nowhere to park the car while we gid this. The public car parks were full. Eventually we found a disabled parking spot and because I qualify for this we pulled in there and made our way to reception.. Then she drew a map and explained to my husband how to get to this hotel parking Such an awful experience when tired and needing to get checked in. We also had to pay for parking . This we found strange.

JerseyMy meal was sadly disappointing as the crab had been in the keep tank too long and was of a poor quality. I brought it to the attention of the waitress, she took it away and that was the end of that meal, no offer of an alternative meal nor was it deducted off the bill. I didn’t have the energy to make a fuss so I had a meal elsewhere later.
Location and value for money for accommodation that was clean and in good order. The food was of a good quality.

Friendly and helpful staff, seafront location, sea view room, bathroom, great sea food restaurant ( best to book ), the town itself ( we arrived on a chilly Sunday in late December and could not believe how busy it was or the large number of packed restaurants and bars).

France3 flights of stairs were a slight drawback following a hip replacement fairly recently. No assistance was offered with luggage. The reception area lets the whole hotel down. The hotel has had a recent renovation and was very well done to an excellent appearance. The carpet in reception was worn through and very tatty and did not portray the smartness of the rest of the hotel. As the first place you come to on arrival it gave a very incorrect image of the establishment.
Right on the sea front was ideal for our needs. The room was small but perfectly suited to our requirements. Staff were helpful, informative and friendly. Room was well equipped with tea/ coffee making but needs to be put in information as we carried our own unnecessarily.

Italythe guesthouse/restaurant is a cosy building right on the seafront of Cancale and it embodies its charme: restaurant colese at 10-ish so no fuss from patrons after that time we were lucky enough to be accomodated in the "Libertè" room, a duplex unit very comfortbale for a family of 4, with large shower, separate toilet, a tiny living room a bedroom with very large bed and fantastic upper level with two single beds. Off street parking available and very quiet all night even though we stayed there in full summer season definetly exceeded our expectations
