Fabulous location and a very comfortable bed . Hotel needs are basic and some update is needed but i would definitely stay again .

The hotel had better days in the past; not really an issue, as everything was clean and comfy.

A small hotel located in a main street of Tarascon, on a street with lots of trees. The receptionist and the personal are really friendly. Plenty of parking space in the street, I could park my motorbike on the broad sidewalk. The reception is closed during the night, but you get a code to enter the hotel when you want.

The staff gave us a really warm welcome. They were very nice and kind. It is located few mintues walking from downtown and historical places. The room was functional.

Bathroom was a little dated.

Was a simple but comfortable hotel. Parking was right in front of the building, which was nice and easy. Also the host offered the garage for the bicycle. He was extremely kind to make reservations for us at a nearby restaurant 5 minutes away. Had a lovely meal, fresh produce from the region, lovely hostess, very reasonably priced.

In the morning, there was no warm water in the shower, we waited for several minutes, but it did not appear.

We understood from the booking site that breakfast was included, but the manager maintained it was not. We are not usually confused by these things & wouldn't usually take breakfast. He contacted booking who said it was not included. Even though he was kind enough to waive the charge , which we offered to pay, we are unhappy this situation arose. When on holiday we like a drink with our evening meal but in Tarascon none of the bars & restaurants served after 21.00, & the fast food restaurants were all alcohol free. If you are used to city breaks probably better to stay in Arles or Nimes.

Stair lights were not at point. Shower shapoo case was empty.

We stayed a few nights at Le Provençal and found the room size for three (2 adults, 1 child) to be larger than normal when booking for three--there was actually room to put a suitcase which often doesn't happen. Our dog was welcome, too. The staff were very friendly and helpful and parking was easy. The breakfast was simple but fine--bread, croissants, juice and coffee/tea etc. The hotel is in the centre of Tarascon and it was a good base to visit the surrounding areas.

Didn’t feel particularly at ease in the area although nothing untoward happened. Not fair to blame the hotel though.

Decent sized room, cleaned every day, although the decor is a bit tired. Air con is good. Friendly staff.

Typical French breakfast is quite disappointing comparing to other european countries. I was surprised that bed had only sheet and pillow, there was no linen or blanket.

I got the room with window towards country yard.That is why the night was quiet. The room had efficient air conditioning. Lot's of parking places on the street. Overall it was nice and neat.

Easy to find and close to the train station. The room was very comfortable, clean and well-serviced. The staff were friendly and the hotel overall is good value and well-placed as a base for exploring the area.

Absolutely exceptional hospitality and care. Located right next to the castle. Clean, quiet, cozy. Breakfast was tailored exclusively to our needs, even though the host was under no obligation to do so.

It was a little outdated.

Parking was right out front on the Main Street! There was an excellent croissant shop and a fabulous restaurant nearby.

It was smelling damp when I got in the room, the bed cover and the curtains seemed very used, the bottom of the bath was very unstable, sealant round the bath old, water pressure low at the tap.

Air con in the room, new towels when I asked for them, staff very friendly.
