I could not fault this hotel. It was the best hotel we stayed in during our 5 weeks travelling the French Rivieria. It was excellent value for the location, the staff were so professional, welcoming and kind. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. It's absolutely magical! We loved the drinks and pizza by the stunning pool, too!

Although everything was almost perfect, there are some annoying "little" issues: You wake up, feeling still sleepy, go to breakfast, and the waitress is explaining you several options you should select, salty or sweet breakfast, tea or coffee (you cannot drink both, or eat both salty and sweetie..).. It was very difficult to understand this confusing mechanism. Furthermore, there are kettles and tea bags in your room, but no coffee. You need to pay for coffee which was not expected in such a hotel.

The air conditioning didn’t work in our room. Since it was warm, we closed the shutters at night and opened the windows to let the room cool down. The guests can be loud coming home from the bars at night if the windows are open.

The hotel is located a perfect spot just outside of the main city center. The pool is quiet and relaxing, and the staff are friendly and accommodating. When the windows are closed, there is minimal noise from the outside. Would book here again, but would request a garden/pool side room.

We loved the thoughtful touches everywhere, the gorgeous decor, the amazing patio area, the quiet pool, the lovely staff and the delicious breakfast! We really enjoyed the small beach opposite too for extra relaxing & loved oysters and cocktails with a great view at the restaurant across the road ‘Les Viviers du Pilon’ for our last night sunset honeymoon meal!

I booked through booking and it was stipulated that breakfast is included in the final price. Without further specification. On the first day I pointed out that breakfast was included and was answered no with great confidence so I did not insist. At this point, I checked and indeed breakfast was included, which I pointed out. I was told that indeed it was but that I was entitled only to a continental breakfast (the other options were “à la carte” or “complet”). Then I tried the continental breakfast but did not like it so I asked if I could have scrambled eggs à la carte instead, the same thing my wife did with the soft-boiled eggs. On the day of departure among the extras I noticed the “à la carte” breakfast of the first day and I pointed out that breakfast was included and that by mistake I had been told that it was not and therefore that among the extras should have been expelled the breakfasts of the first day. The attendant replied (i) that they had done me a favour by allowing me to take scrambled eggs (10 Euros) and a soft-boiled egg (3 Euros) for my wife instead of the continental breakfast (20 Euros with coffee and beverages included) for three days; (ii) that he would remove the breakfast drinks from the extra but insisted that I pay 10 Euros for scrambled eggs and 3 Euros for soft-boiled eggs on the first day. Bearing in mind that the bill for the extras was around 250 Euros and that for five days I paid more than 5,000 Euros, I leave it to the reader to assess the behaviour of the hotelier who insisted, even a little annoyed, that I pay 13 Euros after he was wrong twice: (i) firstly on the first day by insisting that breakfast was not included that lead me to take à la carte breakfast; (ii) secondly on the last day by fully charging the breakfasts taken à la carte on the first day as extras. Personally, I was very saddened as the hotel is otherwise very nice and I would gladly stay there again. PS the breakfast however is definitely a weak point

The hotel is very nice, well-kept, well situated conveniently located for the centre but also for the beaches with convenient parking. Sorry about the breakfast (see comment below).

The hotel staff was exceptionally nice and helpful: they helped us with the last minute sun beds reserving at Pampelonne beach; timely informed us about forgotten items after we checked out and left the hotel and helped to retrieve them. Good job!

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was spotless, the bathroom was a lovely size, double washbasins, large enough shower, thick towels. Fragonard toiletries were provided eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand gel and hand cream. Kettle, cups, tea, sugar, ask for milk etc at reception, the staff were more than happy to help. The location was great, across the road to a small beach, we preferred walking 5 mins to the left to Bouillabaisse beach by Pearl Beach Restaurant where we dined a few times, the food was amazing and so was the sunset. The pool area was nice, relaxing and very comfortable with quite a few sun loungers, umbrellas and double sunbeds.

We had a lovely stay at Le Mouillage. The staff was very friendly. Location is about a 5-10 minute walk to the center of town. Very easy walk especially nice after dinner. On-site parking which is nice for France. I would recommend staying here.

The pool was supposed to be heated but was too cold for us.

The room and grounds are beautiful. We loved sitting on our private terrace where they would bring us breakfast every morning and the pool area was serene. The staff was very friendly and accomadating. They helped us make multiple reservations since we didn’t speak French and were always available if we needed anything. The property was an easy walk to town and short drive to nearby areas.

Nice location, walking distance to downtown, with parking available. The unit was spacious, decorated wonderfully, with a beautiful "summer vacation" atmosphere. The pool and surrounding areas were a nice bonus.
