In summer good location for hikes, 10 min walk from village. Coffee machine is very good option.

CanadaI felt that the staff should’ve been more knowledgeable about the skiing. For instance when asked where we could rent skis they told us a place but they should’ve said that we would get 20% off rentals. The shower needed to angled a certain way so it wouldn’t flood the bathroom.
I loved that the property was an 8 minute walk to the lift. Nearby a bakery that you could get food at. The breakfast at the hotel looked great but pricey if you don’t want to eat much. The decor was ski based which was nice. Not a far walk to the town.

United KingdomThe hotel was totally unresponsive on the phone and could not sort out transport either from or two the Saint Gervais railway station (at 9pm and at 7am). I nearly ended up stranded on both ends of my journey (if it wasn't for kind locals helping me out) My room was OK, but not worth the money I paid for it (but that might just have been because I booked my room at the last minute)
I liked the openness of the hotel to people taking breakfast for packed lunches: they even provided sandwich bags and salad bowls for it. The pool and spa were OK... but lacked drinking water and towels... and I had to book my slot to use the spa

United KingdomHotel is run down and needs renovation. Rooms are small. No ventilation. Noise from other guests and deliveries outside. Little facilities, which if not all inclusive cost extra. It’s still a passable hotel, but too expensive for what it offers. Purely on a value for money basis, I would not book again.
Meals were great. Staff were friendly and worked hard. Good location. Rooms cleaned daily.

United Kingdom- no lift it was broken - lots of stairs - no SPA despite the name unless we paid an extra 40 Euros. Insane! - no parking. It was full. - no heated boot driers - no ski lockers that were locked or with security cameras - we were recommended to store our skis and boots in our bedroom?!?!? - very noisy air con machine outside our room we were told it would stop at 7pm. It was still going at midnight. I was so upset about the whole experience I cried, more than once.
