Well presented and attractive chatel style hotel with great Mountain Views and car parking. Our room had a balcony and good en suite facilities. Friendly staff….the receptionist changed our room to first floor, from second, when she appreciated that, at present, I am using crutches. The bar was warm and friendly.

GermanyOne night a staff member seemed to have a private party until 1 am. With the room directly over the bar it was quite loud, even after asking him to tune it down. Later he complained loudly about us while cleaning up, not knowing my partner could understand him.
The staff was always helpful. The view is fantastic. They even prepared the room with flowers I ordered for an anniversary. All in all, a fantastic service.

Amazing breakfast! Great selection of food. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had. Hotel is beautiful - wonderful cozy experience. Staff were brilliant. Wonderful for families- the kids loved it! Jacuzzi is great! Sauna is lovely! Also restaurant is amazing - one of the nicest I’ve been in. Very close to the Cernix lift and ski school. Also close to other restaurants and bars. Ski bus stops beside if you want to go to Crest Voland centre. However it’s a short walk!

SpainWe had a wonderful stay at Chalet Hôtel du Mont-Charvin & Spa, a beautiful hotel designed in the traditional French Alpine style, with warm wooden interiors. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room, which offered spacious comfort and stunning mountain views. The staff at check-in were incredibly welcoming and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel is perfectly located right by the ski slopes for winter activities, and the surrounding area is equally spectacular in summer, offering a peaceful escape from the heat. Highly recommended for both winter and summer getaways!
