Staff was not helpful. E.g. no info about wifi at check-in, and later it appeared that there is no functioning wifi at all. Service at breakfast was slow, I needed to ask couple of times for basic food to be added. Lady at service was chatting with some guests instead of doing her job. There is smth about taste of coffee, though is undrinkable in the whole region. Well, and the attempt to overcharge during check-out, it was minot however did not add to the general experience.

Authentic architecture and interior. Convienet location. Rooms were clean. The bedding was uncomfortable, and the street at the hotel was surprisingly busy and loud.

Friendly, helpful staff. Air conditioning which, was great due to the heat. Nice restaurant and breakfast. Comfortable room and bed. Two pillows and extra large fluffy towels. Convenient parking. Excellent stay, location and value along the Route des Vins d'Alsace.

Parking was fine during our visit, but it was limited. However, being in a village there were other options should you need them.

The location was perfect for our visit to Alsace and the staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was an extra cost, but fresh and plentiful.

The property is well-maintained, charming, and very clean. Everything was tidy and full of character. The staff were friendly, helpful, and easygoing. They also offered me an umbrella when it started to rain. The bed was comfortable, the room spotless, and the bathroom had a spacious bathtub. Breakfast was truly delicious. I had a great stay!

At our arrival, we were not informed that the air conditioning didn't work. We kept the window closed during the night. So it was very warm in the room. We've mentioned this when we left the day after. The lady at the reception confirmed that they were awaiting on the reparation of the air conditioning.

Everything was just fine ! Lady at the reception was very kind at our arrival. Our room, the bathroom, everything was very clean. We also enjoyed the breakfast. But last and not least, we had a wonderful dinner in the restaurant just near the hotel "La table de Mittelwihr".

Can't think of a thing.

This is a charming hotel with spacious rooms--very spacious compared to other places we stayed in France. Big bathroom and bedroom and nice bed. Staff was very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. We had trouble finding a store or even gas station open on Victory in Europe Day. The kind woman at the front desk diligently tried to help us locate an open place. Nice patio. Loved having a balcony. Nice breakfast. When we showed up to breakfast well ahead of the time we booked, the gentleman who was prepping the service was apologetic and did his best to get us coffee and expedite service, even when we urged him to take his time because we knew we were early, we just woke up and came downstairs and were happy to wait. Really great location. We had thought about staying in Strasbourg and touring the villages on day trips, but we were so glad we did it this way. This is a great location and the parking was a dream.

Unfortunately the hotel (in common with others in the region) was experiencing difficulty in recruiting staff, however this had minimal impact upon our stay and was not an issue for us.

Excellent location for touring the region, spacious room with lovely balcony. Very nice breakfast and attentive staff particularly Rachel on the reception. Plenty of free parking in front and at the side of the Hotel.

Our stay was excellent. Ms. Rebecca paid great attention to us. Service was impeccable. There were 3 of us, and upon checking the room, we found that they had already set up the 3rd bed for us. The breakfast was esquisite. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody and personally would stay there again.

The staff were very helpful, very friendly, and very attentive to making our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was outstanding, amazing selections and variety, and quality. We enjoyed spending time in the morning making our plans for the day and there was no rush to have us leave.

Our A/C was not working though thankfully it was cool enough with the windows open to sleep well. Bathtub was slippery though well equipped.

Loved the charm and comfortable beds and large rooms. Darkening shades in bedroom. Lovely and filling breakfast, friendly staff and convenient to iconic tourist destinations such as Riquewihr, Kaysersberg and Haute Koenigsbourg.
