Location is great

Not clean and poor communication with the host. We couldn’t even get a set of towels even though we offered to pay extra. Check in was 1 hour late because there were other check in at other properties but no one let us know or tried to coordinate with us and host wasn’t picking up the phone at all. But the location was lovely. Mould in the bathroom by the toilet

The room is well decorated and cozy. The surrounding is beautiful, the gourdening, the pool, the lights, the hot tab. The breakfast was amazing!!!! Marion and the other worker was very nice and very carring.

Beautiful garden and sunset, along with a heated swimming pool. The breakfast was decent as well. convenient car parking

The empty spacious parking place, the boss asked us to move our car and told me that this was her parking spot. This is a homestay, not a hotel. The advertisement made me misunderstand that this was a hotel, and I waited for some time after arriving here before the boss came to open the door

The pool area is excellent. Looks exactly as in the pictures. The hot tub (operating from 9am to 9pm) is great addition however as someone mentioned earlier in the comments there are a lot of wasps when turning on higher bubbles, maybe a loud sound attracts them.

First of all, what should be mentioned is that the bungalow is located far behind the main building and pool area and you have to walk through parking to get there. There is no WIFI in the bungalow, only in the main building and near the reception even though in the description says Free WIFI provided in all accomodation types. Because of these two things, I would not have booked this place if I had known this beforehand, which is why we felt a little bit scammed. The bungalow is also located in the middle of a small forest, resulting in many ants,bugs and spiders everywhere. Even inside the bungalow, there were spiderwebs in the corners which I felt should be cleaned if this location has such a high standard and recommendations. The bungalow also felt not cleaned enough and a bit run down with many stains on the walls and damp air resulting in an unpleasant smell and moist clothes. The host was really pleasant and welcoming, however, she mentioned that the room would be cleaned every second day and that if we ran out of toilet paper we should find her in the reception. Unfortunately, there was no one around the reception when we needed to ask for more toilet paper and clean towels because what is disappointing is that no one came to clean the bungalow during our stay. I don't feel like I should remind the host about their responsibilities during our stay especially when we saw that there was a lady walking around the main building with cleaning supplies and towels in the morning. To sum up, If I knew there is no WIFI in the bungalow and that it is located far away from pool area I would not book this accommodation. The pool side and garden are well kept however when staying in the bungalow there is no access to the main courtyard of the building where the reception is located as the gate is being closed most of the time. Maybe the rooms in the main building are of better standard but we felt disappointed with the bungalow and regretted not reading all...

Fantastic location, the perfect space for a few days’ stay. A 5 minute drive away from Lourmarin and very accessible to other villages in Provence.

Superb pool and outdoor area

Lovely stay in the gypsy caravan - host was helpful and welcoming. Relaxing spa and heated swimming pool and very nice massage.

Rooms, staff, pool, hot tub, breakfast... Everything was fantastic. It was really quiet and serene, right in the middle of the beautiful nature of Provence. Being close to Lourmarin is a huge plus, since in my opinion it is the most beautiful and lively village in Luberon. Breakfast was quite good, but maybe a little bit more options would be better. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff were always helpfull.

Wi-fi connection was really poor. We were able to use it only in the pool area. Also since the closest town was 10 minute drive, some food options would be really nice. I believe they were planning to open a restaurant in the premises. If that is the case then this problem would be solved.

Marion and Philip were lovely and welcoming! Great facilities, quiet and tranquil. Close to Lourmarin and anywhere else in Provence. Would stay again!

Unique wooden house car, beautiful and hearty breakfast

Wonderful place! View, pool, room, everything was super and added colours to our trip. Rich breakfast with eggs, ham and cheese selection, not only sweets.

Great location for our purposes - Cycling and Piano Festival. Fantastic Pool. Breakfast was excellent. Staying in the caravan was interesting and better than expected with air conditioning and nice facilities. Bed was good and slept well.

Would have liked to have breakfast before normal time of 0830, as we wanted an early start for cycling to avoid heat. Although Caravan was an interesting experience, would not book it in future.
