Excellent location. Good facilities. Comfortable beds. We were there for 5 nights. Bars and restaurants on the doorstep. A small Epicurie at the other end of the road. The Carcassonne wine was excellent!

There were no sharp kitchen knives which made preparing meals tricky. Also no baking trays for the oven.

Loved the light airy feel of the place. Quality fixtures and fitting. Great to have a full kitchen, which we used. The whole place was immaculate. This little terrace was a nice surprise and was a suntrap in the afternoon.

The property was really clean. A good size for family of five. Key box to get in. Comfy beds. Two bathrooms were great. Lots of hot water. Location good. Parking we used the secure underground parking about a 10 minute walk away. It was 7 euro for 24 hours.

The accommodation was really very good, it was spacious for 6 adults, very clean with everything needed for self-catering. Really cannot praise the property enough, with an excellent location close to le cite, plenty of bars and restaurants close by.

The appartment is brilliantly located between the new town and the citadel, and also near a lively street with restaurants. It is very clean and beautifully kitted out. The beds were also extremely comfortable!

We had to phone about the WiFi code, which wasn’t obvious, so a welcome leaflet on arrival would have been good.

The accommodation was excellent. Very spacious and within good walking distance of old city and the new town with river and canal.

A wonderfully spacious property close to the older part of Carcassonne. For us this made it great to be able to experience everything we wanted to do on foot. Corinne the host was great in respect of contact once booking, just before staying and during if we needed anything. All very comfortable and clean and being able to use WiFi and Netflix was an extra bonus. One key tip for Carcassonne connection - opt for the shuttle bus rather than taxi to get to and from the airport

The towels could be better. The upstairs bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied. There was an unopened (but used) dishwasher tablet in the machine - a suggestion that it may not have been used properly & that the crockery and cutlery may not be 100% clean. Mats on the dining table had cup marks on them. Pool table in the cellar?

The location was excellent and the house was lovely. Plenty of room and generally great facilities.

A couple of things could have improved our stay. There are no mirrors in the bedroom. A welcome pack could have helped made things clear....such as how to use the hob (we couldn't get it to work), how to use the dishwasher (not everyone has one at home), when to take out the wheelie bins, where to find the haidryer (we only found it on our last day). A view basic items in the kitchen would have been a nice touch...such as salt, pepper and oil, along with extra teatowels and a supply of bin liners. None of these things affected our stay too much apart from our inability to use the hob. A few tweaks would make this an outstanding stay.

The apartment was spacious, bright and modern. The furniture and fittings looked brand new and were extremely comfortable. Excellent location. There were lots of small, well priced restaurants at the end of the street and a small supermarket. Everything on your doorstep...old and new town..5 minute walk to the ramparts...shuttle bus stop to the airport also a 5 minute walk away (Pont Neuf).

Closeness to the fortified city. Quiet area. Spacious. Great kitchen with coffee pods provided. Air-conditioning in rooms. Netflix was a nice though.

This unassuming property was beautifully furnished, had a well equipped kitchen, comfy beds and was spotlessly clean. The location was ideal for easy access to the castle and the town, 10 minutes walk in both directions. The immediate locality was thriving with many restaurants and small shops. Corinne responded immediately to any queries I had. I recommend this property very highly.

Absolutely fabulous house. Everything is immaculate and there's everything that you could possibly need. Location was excellent, cafés, restaurants and a couple of little shops for necessities only a minute away and then la cite was only a short walk up the hill. We're already looking at coming back again. Have already recommended to other friends and family.
