Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesIt’s not that we didn’t like these things, but just being honest to help future guests set the right expectations about the space. The bathroom was a bit small—felt like it was designed in Tetris blocks! The shower was compact and the sink area had narrow edges, so you have to be careful not to knock things off. Also spotted a long hair on a towel, but otherwise the room and bathroom were clean and well-kept.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, check-in was smooth and fast, which we especially appreciated after a delayed flight. They even prepared a list of restaurant recommendations and offered to help reserve a table. The luggage storage after check-out was a lifesaver, and the process was super simple. We also loved the location: quiet at night for good sleep, but still walkable to Vieux-Port and close to great food on Rue Rome, and convenient to other attractions. The room had a charming historic window that let in fresh air and sunshine, such a nice touch!

We didn't try breakfast. The location was good, central. Easy to find, quick check-in and out (24h check-in was appreciated, we arrived late). There is a lift, thank god! Can't comment on any other facilities I'm not aware there were any. The tea and coffee in the room was appreciated. The bed was quite comfortable.
