But the sound insulation is poor — we could hear noise from the neighbors. The main problem was that there was no shower gel, shampoo, or slippers, even though they were listed in the description. That’s why we didn’t bring our own. Also, the internet was a bit slow.

The location is very good — everything is nearby, and there’s a grocery store just 5 meters away. The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed. There’s also a nice little garden where you can have breakfast when the weather is good. Parking was easy — we always found a spot close by.

We were three adults and only two short towels and a hand towel were provided. A third large he towel would have been nice.

The property was easy to fine, clean and spacious. It had a good comunal kitchen - with fridges, a microwave and plenty of plates and bowls, although we only used the plates and cutlery. Our room had a small terrace which was a bonus as the weather was so good we ate outside.

We didn't find anything to be unpleasant about our stay. Possibly parking was a bit of an unknown of where to park.

Perfect for a short stay. Very quiet and only a short walk away from the beautiful Medieval City and lovely town walks.

Very quiet at the back of the building. We had a small terrace too. Breakfast ingredients available- milk, cereal, tea and coffee plus a kitchen to use. You need to find instructions for the door code and room key. Parking on the street was free and several spaces outside the accommodation.

Room: the bed is not that comfortable and my room did not have blackout curtains so there was a lot of sunlight in the early morning. Location: its a 30-40 minute walk from the city old town

Property Keys: they give you a code to access the main door and another code to access the room key so the checkin and checkout are seamless. Kitchen: is very well equipped with all you need for a good breakfast Parking: the street has many free parking spots

Cleaning was OK - but could have been better.

Great location, good communication and helpful information - both for local area and the excellent deli shop next door who sell all things edible! Parking was easy around the property - even arriving on Bastille Day Sunday afternoon a few hours before the fireworks!! Carcassonne doesn't get busier than this!! The police HQ is 50m down the road - so the area feels extra safe for you and your car - its not a place anyone would start any trouble!

Unfortunately the shower area has a lot of mould, which is unsightly and needs to be cleared.

Great communication with owners, good location if youre happy walking to the Cite, which we were. Comfortable bed and garden area to sit with a coffee. Well equipped kitchen, overall a great stay.

On main road, - quite sound proof but not so much light proof.

Very interesting property. Lots of room. Big comfy bed. Nice to have a shared kitchen to make tea etc. 10 minute walk into town, 15 to the river. Plenty of street parking nearby.
