Just a suggestion: how about serving mineral water in the rooms every day and not just the at the arrival?

The location is charming, remote but there is a bus just in front of the hotel to go downtown. It’s 2 minutes walk from the beach. It’s well designed with lush nature everywhere. The heated pool was a big bonus. The staff is welcoming and happy to make your stay memorable.

The wifi was not working (thus, also not the TV) and the security deposit of 400€ for one night is rather a lot (compared to 100-200€ max. for other hotels we have stayed at before).

Practically everything was superb! Great location, clean rooms, excellent pool, as well as well-functioning wi-fi. The location is very close to the beach, which is absolutely fantastic. I definitely recommend the hotel as it is worth every penny :)

Due to the exceptional (bad) weather conditions (pouring rain, floodings), the room became a bit damp, but that was probably beyond the influence of the hotel management

Impossible to have dinner at night in the restaurant, I have never seen so many mosquitoes! They should have candles or sprays (which apparently they had but were not working!) That should have been the priority

The shower had a drain problem which we reported.

The breakfast was delicious and had alot of healthy options which was nice. The design of the hotel and outdoor spaces is lovely and very relaxing. Access to the beach couldn't be better.

Only ‘facility’ was the pool which was so close to all the rooms. The beach was really a surfing, kite-surfing paradise, not a swimming haven. Unless you had brought your own beach chairs or towels there was nowhere to sit or eat. The buffet breakfasts were fine, but lunch and dinner menus were almost identical and very limited. Fortunately we were only there for three nights and tired at the end of our holiday so we just chilled by the pool.

Very sustainably conceived with a tropical vibe. With only 22 bedrooms it was never crowded.

Sometimes you know from the beginning that the hotel and you won‘t fit. I already suspected there had to be a catch because the hotel was cheaper than comparable hotels in that area - but with around 250 €/night still pretty expensive. Check-in was late at 4 pm and when we arrived earlier we were sent away with our luggage because the reception cabin was too small to store it - not the best service. The only available room was one equipped for handicapped persons on the ground floor. Since all rooms are located around a central pool area, you could only close the curtains if you didn’t want everybody to look in your room which turned it into a small dark cave. The trash bin had not been cleaned and was still full from the previous guests. The room itself had a really bad chronic scent of sewage which they obviously tried to cover with a literally breathtaking perfume. We couldn‘t change rooms because the hotel was fully booked and ultimately canceled our stay after one really bad night. All in all the hotel has the charm of a better youth hostel but definitely not a 4-Star-Hotel. Don‘t book it. We then moved to Le Hameau Des Pesquiers, only 2 kilometers away which is a totally different level.

Rooms and location was great but some details were missing for 4-star hotel. Room slippers are not available and breakfast options were limited (no a la carte and buffet was very limited). The restaurant would do better if there was more staff also. Other than that, rooms are very nice, modern and clean. The Italian air purifier was really nice and made the room smell so good. Thank you!

The staff were not friendly and quite rude from the start. Our sliding patio door didn't lock. The staff was not able to fix it or offer any solutions other than, "We can fix it tomorrow". We had to put the ironing board in the sliding window tract to be able to sort of lock the door. We didn't feel comfortable leaving the property during out short stay because of valuables and our possessions in the room not being secure. While the rooms were pretty and the bedding comfortable, I wouldn't recommend coming here.

The bed was quite comfortable and the room was a good size with nice amenities.

- charging for water in the room 3€ for 500mL. there should be at least a complimentary bottle of water - breakfast is way overpriced (22€ pp) and has limited offer. Breakfast staff need training - no awareness of needs: no plates available and staff wouldn’t notice and would be replacing coffee cups when there were plenty already; very small portion of scrambled eggs available - finishes after 2 or 3 ppl help themselves and i had to ask for it to be replenished; I had to help myself to cutlery and no tables available tables set for breakfast; staff don’t even say good morning - the minute you step in they will ask for your room number across the room overall our stay was ok but this hotel is way overpriced for what it offers

The staff, the breakfast wasn’t very good and the construction noise from next door, the cleaning lady had a giant basket of towels and products at our door the whole time we stayed. The reception is not very helpful
