Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Kuwaitthe room walls are not insulated and we were able to hear clearly everything in the corridors and in neighboring rooms. breakfast is very poor . the hotel doesn’t have a kitchen so don’t expect food other than breakfast. no room service and you need to eat outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. No parking so you need to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest parking and for 3 nights we paid 77 euros. cleaning service only available in the morning, so also don’t expect your bed to be prepared for night times. overall the services are very limited to sleep only hotel and it is over rated and the value of money that we paid are very expensive compared to what we got.
