Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Getting a balcony room with mountain view (4th floor seem best) is definitely worth it.

United StatesStunning location and views from the balcony. A quick walk to the lift for skiing or to many restaurants and shops. A grocery store is within 10 mins walking. Comfortable beds with nice linens, nice bathrooms and luxurious towels. The spa was also a nice treat! Many areas to lounge if skiing isn’t your thing. The restaurant on site did not disappoint! It was so delicious, we ate there two nights. Breakfast had a lot of options and was easy to navigate. Luggage storage was offered and they have covered parking for a fee. Would absolutely stay again!

FranceRoom was very tiny and loud since location to the slopes. Breakfast was terrible and crowded. Happy hour was very disappointing- loud kids running around with no shoes and my hot chocolate had no cream or marshmallow. Front desk guy messed up my massage apt for me and my boyfriend. Dinner service took way too long. I would never go back to this hotel
