Just to note that the parking space offered for free is in an underground garage (access via remote stored in the apartment ) but if you have a roofbox unfortunately it's not possible to fit in there but we were ok finding free parking round the corner, although that might be very tricky in high season. The self check-in keybox is located round the corner, 2min from the apartment.

The location is ideal, right in the centre, you can just stroll the old town in just a few minutes, everything on your doorstep. The apartment is very comfortable, inc. the bed. Equipped in all that you need. Tea/coffee machine, oven, fridge, TV, etc, good shower. The apartment has a small fenced terrace with garden furniture (proper sun trap in the afternoon!) there's also a little garden (accessible via a separate entry within the building) perfect for our dog, but also plenty of green space near the old city walls round the corner. Bed linen/ towels and cleaning included in the price which isn't usual in France so that was much appreciated. Amazing value for money! Responsive owner. Merci beaucoup!

Outside of building needs a refresher but inside is fine.

The apartment was cute inside and we had everything needed to be comfortable. Host included a few extra goodies for us. Patio area was nice.

At the end of a long day, the parking space was a little tight but was it was very convenient to have off street parking. I think someone mentioned hearing children upstairs, which you can. However, only until they settle down after school. Otherwise it was very quiet. It’s a studio so one room with seperate kitchen and bathroom and it was perfectly fine for a few nights. I might feel a bit cramped after that but other people might not.

Very convenient to the medieval town. Supermarket virtually at end of street. The studio is looking a little tired but it was nice and warm. The kitchen had all the equipment needed for a short stay. The view of the little garden spaces outside was very pleasant We had to collect the keys from a key box in the next street but all instructions were perfectly clear.

Nothing, it was what more than we expected from the description.

Within easy walking of centre. Secure parking. The studio was very comfortable, well equipped with some little extras, (little madeleine cakes, tea and coffee) it had a little outside space with chairs and table, all we needed for a one night stay but OK for longer if you wished. Our host was delightful, communicated well and timely, met us at the studio to welcome us.

Fabulous apartment. Friendly and welcoming hostess who met us on site. Very comfortable with lovely little terrace to sit outside. Lots of extras- lollies,cakes, water, coffee machine. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and easy access to main centre.

Outside patio area needed some maintenance it was a bit untidy. Just needs a bit of a tidy. One of the window shutters was broken and one was very hard to open, they also needed a clean. Didn’t spoil our holiday though!

Location good and a quiet area Apartment was clean and fully equipped. Free Wi-Fi Nice touch with the drinks and cakes. Supermarket, restaurants and public transport very near.

There were a few things that needed fixing... only 1 light bulb working in the main room where the fitting should have had 3 more. There was cable rubbing loose from the wall. The pillow cases probably were fresh but the pillow bulging out of them were very stained and smelt old. The communal areas of the block smelt of stale smoke and it would have been easier to find the apartment if there were numbers/ sign at the relevant door. We would have liked instructions for reaching the apartment from the car park as there was a lift but we didn't know.

The location is good... only a few minutes to the old town. The apartment has a separate bathroom and kitchen so there was plenty of space. The owner had provided some welcome cake and there was tea/ coffee to help ourselves to.

The apartment was clean and well maintained. A good bed and nice shower. A complete kitchen. We were so satisfied that we stayed an extra night. My compliments to the owner🙏🤗 we would love to come back again😁😁.

The friendly welcome from the owner. And the location of the apartment very close to the center of Dinan. A few minutes' walk and you are in the shopping center.
