Stairs could be tough for some

Amazing location close to beaches and old town with an easy walk to the train station. Beautiful, spacious room with great furnishings and tons of light.

NO lift, our rooms were in 3rd floor with 4 big bags.

The bed is pretty small and not comfortable, which was not expected for such a structure. This definitely needs improvement. There is no elevator in the building, which wasn’t a problem for us but should be noted for other travelers

The only downside to this hotel is that there isn't a lift, so you'll find yourself going up multiple flights of stairs. There isn't much they can do about this. However, the owner helped us carry our luggage to our room and it was worth it for the excellent experience we had!

We were able to stay in one of their brand new rooms with a balcony. It was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay very much. The owner of the hotel is very kind and easy to get ahold of if needed. I really liked that the room used a pin number and we didn't need to carry a room key. It was in a great location, near many shops and stores. It was about a 15 minute walk from the Nice-Ville station, but there is also a tram stop that is a short walk from the hotel. We loved the soaking tub! The AC worked great and it had a mini fridge too.

There is no elevator in the hotel. They share it openly, so be prepared. You are going to get fitter.

The hotel location is perfect. You are getting to the beach in 5 minutes and to a good restaurant in 1 minute. The staff is very polite and not intrusive.

A very minor point - on leaving appartement 407 and approaching the door at the end of the corridor the step down is unseen and will catch someone out.

The bed, whilst a good size, was a bit soft for us. There are works being done in the building which caused both noise and dust. A luggage lift would be a great addition.

The fridge in the room wasn't particularly cold & there was a small issue at the end of our stay - we left our suitcases & communicated the time that we would need to collect them and were told that we could use our code to get into the room to retrieve. When we arrived at the time we stated, the room was locked with no one on reception & the code didn't work - another guest had the same issue at the same time and we had to bang on doors to try and get someone to come down (which in a joint residential building probably wasn't great for other people!) It did get sorted after about 10 mins but we were worried that we were going to be late for our flight!

The room was just as expected, comfy beds, spacious room and the hammam/shower was incredible. We were lucky to be on the second floor so didn't have to deal with a long climb up to our room! Check in was really smooth & the building/room is accessible by a personal code system which is super helpful not having to deal with keys. Overall, we had a great stay!

Storage. We had about 10 hangers hanging from a frame resting against the wall. For a room of this quality, I expected a lot more. Heating. We struggled to get the room as warm as we'd liked.

The Hamam in the room was an unexpected surprise. Location was great, really close to the Old Town and Beach. Bed was great and the bath was epic.

I suppose the stairs may not be for everyone but we knew that before booking. We were on the fourth floor.

Loved the clean modern open plan room with hammam bathroom. The bed was very comfortable The steam room was great after a full on day of sightseeing. The hotel is perfectly positioned for exploring the city with easy access to public transport. There are lots of restaurants in the streets around the hotel. It was a quiet area too. You couldn’t hear any street noise in the rooms. Really recommend this hotel. We will be back.
