Staff was friendly, but not very attentive and in the restaurant largely untrained (with the exception of Mam). Alas, no elevator to 2nd floor.

Good location between Lyon and Marseille. Newly renovated buildings with character. Very nice room. The restaurant wasexcellent, the wines, howeverm were not equal to the food and horribly expensive. As a result we skipped breakfast.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in whilst travelling through France and spain, (and we do stay in 5* properties). The location is great, only minutes from the motorway. The property is beautiful renovated. The rooms elegant and as for the restaurants WOW! The Bistro produces fantastic food, without a Michelin Star! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Again an excellent location not far from the A7 Autoroute but very peaceful and serene. a beautiful setting. All the staff were looking to please and make the experience memorable. The food was exceedingly tasty although the menu choices are somewhat perplexing in the L'Etoile Michelin starred restaurant. We shall stay again but next time eat in Le Bistrot

Bottles of water in the room would have been good and there were no international tv channels.

The restaurant was good and uses all local ingredients but not very varied in choice.

The bedroom was a bit on the small side. It had its own ‘terrace’ which was a bit sparse with no outlook-just waste ground immediately outside.

Location ideal for touring the wineries. Beautiful hotel-modern and ‘classy’. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Advantage of free parking on site. We ate in the hotel bistro which had a lovely ambiance and view and was far cheaper than eating in the hotel restaurant-couldn’t fault it at all.

Our stay at the Colombier Hotel was most enjoyable. We certainly will recommend to our friends.

Didn't use the restaurant but did use the Bistro nearby. Food was excellent but more like a top-end restaurant than a bistro. Could do with menus being made available in English, however waitress was very happy to help with translations. Breakfast was very good but expensive for what was available.

The pillows are a bit lumpy. The only downside was the bar staff in the bistro restaurant we waited 20 mins to order a drink even after being given a menu. Would also be a good idea if they could have a menu in English

Incredible service. Very friendly staff. Delightful pool. We are at the main restaurant and it was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. We enjoyed walking around the property especially the fountains and portage garden.
