Everything, the accommodation was clean, tidy and very well equipped. Friendly staff, well kept grounds and very stylish décor.

Nothing bad at all

Really lovely house that felt secure and easy. Set on a retirement complex, the facilities were beautiful and the house was spotless and easy. No one was using the pool when we were there so the kids had a ball! Unfortunately the restaurant was closed the two nights we were staying (as per their schedule) so we didn't get a chance to try it, but the kitchen was well equipped.

Large spacious rooms comfortable bed relaxing outside area near bar to drink morning coffee and enjoy the sun. Swimming pool that was warm and inviting. Very clean everywhere and smelled lovely in room and communal areas near to tram 20 minutes walk. Large park behind complex beautiful trees

There was a party Friday evening which went on until 1am so was unable to sleep until after 1am that night.

Located in a quiet area. The rooms are very clean and the staffs are very friendly.

The staff were very helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay in the two bed house which was nicely furnished. Good Wi-Fi. The bathrooms were lovely and the kitchen was well equipped. The swimming pool was great as were all the staff that we came across. A friendly, welcoming dog-friendly place in a very quiet area.

The only thing that was a shame for us it that the nearest supermarkets are a 20 minute walk away, as is the tram stop.

The location is great, lots of space and parking, very pleasant and friendly and helpful staff. The house was spacious and fully equipped and had everything we needed. It was also very clean. We didn't use the facilities much, but we used the pool, which was not large but was very well maintained and the children really enjoyed it. We felt safe on the property as it was a gated property and seemed secure. We stayed here to drive into Lille, which was pretty close by.

The only thing that could improve is the value for money for the food onsite. Even the onsite restaurant was basically London prices, which is a bit odd given where this is located. We had our breakfast in our room. It was a decent breakfast - although nothing special - not sure it was worth the extra cost in reality, but it was convenient to have it in our place.

Very clean quiet place to stay, 10 mins by car closest supermarket . Nice staff good place to be.

As a solo wheelchair traveller, the location and facilities were ideal. Staff attentiveness excellent. Very helpful without being intrusive. Location is easily reached by car a few miles outside the city centre. Excellent continental breakfast which the staff happily bagged for me. Room was very large, with roll in shower and all accessible features I required (minor point: wheelchair access around the large comfy bed was VERY tight).

The reception area and front office services are a little haphazard. If guests expect the professionalism and ease of a good hotel they may be disappointed. The lack of an English speaker and some confusion when I arrived did not adversely affect or delay me.

Suited my specific requirements perfectly. Just be aware that it is not a hotel with commensurate facilities staffing and standards. Don’t expect every staff member to speak English. In some aspects, it is better than a hotel.

High standard of accommodation - as good as any boutique hotel, despite being a care home complex! Decor was modern and clean, the double bed was comfortable, the shower worked well and the room came equipped with kettle, microwave, refrigerator and TV with Netflix etc. Located in a quiet leafy party of northern Lille but easy to get to and find. The indoor swimming pool, though fairly small, was a welcome bonus.

The only downsides are location, if you wish to be somewhere more lively, and the fact that there is no wall between the living/bedroom area and the shower/toilet - so some couples may prefer more privacy. As a light sleeper, I also found the shower extractor fan kept me awake for a while until I got used to it.

The breakfast here is about 8 € but there are only two croissants, one little baguette and other drinks. I think maybe it was not worth?

Great location, quiet and feeling safe. The staffs were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Located in a lovely, village-feel part of Lille suburb, next to a park.

No dislikes.
