How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The light in the bathroom and Toilet turn on and off automatically and it's not very convinet. Also bathroom is very small and towels a bit old.
Nice and simple hotel in argentier. We stayed as part of the TMB. All we needed was a nice bed and a shower and that's what it was. The young lady who assisted us in the from desk was very helpful and nice

A shutter (I don't know which one) that was hitting the wall at night
We enjoyed our stay at Le Dahu. Everything was great, especially the friendly staff. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom renovated. It's good value for money. We would definitely go back to have the nutritious and delicious breakfast made with local products, a real treat!

Bedroom was a little small, other than in the wardrobe there wasn’t much space to put things. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room - though remedied as able to borrow a kettle. :-)
Small hotel, spotlessly clean, excellently located with car parking. Fab view of the mountains, excellent breakfast. Secure Ski/boot room very useful. Staff were first class.

Spiral staircase difficult to navigate with a heavy suitcase

Breakfast is good except the coffee machine does not make coffee, it makes some kind of warm drink vaguely related to coffee, terrible! Breakfast probably needs to be earlier for Vallee Blanche and some day ski tours and sometimes to catch an early flight. Maybe have a half price limited 'early breakfast' with a decent coffee and croissant available at 6.30?
Staff friendly and helpful. Great ski store with warm dry boots and handy for the car park. Breakfast is good except that we want a proper coffee. Car parking works well and always seemed to be a space free during our week.

Breakfast good standard for size of hotel/ great location for village centre/ busses and Grand Montets ski area. Facility to store luggage and have a shower after checkout out to get an extra day of skiing in!

The bathroom accordian door and the motion sensing light and fan were very annoying. You had to always close the door otherwise the fan and light would come on even if you walked by. In the bathroom, you must always wave your hands to keep the light on, even in the shower. It was very irritating.
The price was excellent, the rooms neat and tidy, you had everything you needed, there was a great patio and the view (even though we had a side view) was still lovely. It's hard to beat in Argentiere. Breakfast was great.

Rooms are a bit tired and flaking paint in the bathroom. Main issue was noise at night, after 10pm we could hear banging and other loud noises, unsure where they were coming from. There is also a bar across the road which stays open late so we didn’t sleep very well
Nice hotel in excellent location, fantastic view from the balcony and friendly staff.

The pillows - pretty horrible. The only thing I didn't like.
Breakfast excellent, room correct, everything nice and clean. Fantastic shower with huge water flow. Ample parking space in front of the hotel.
