One of the nicest places I've stayed. Great hosts who spoke very good English. Beautiful house with some of the best decor I've come across, little details everywhere make it completely unique. Lovely garden with lots of produce growing and pet tortoises roaming around. Pool area is great with games for kids and adults, sadly we didn't get to use the actual pool as the weather was terrible, same for the courtyard and BBQ next to the house, but still had a lovely stay. About 10 mins drive to Carcassonne old town and very close to the airport. I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay again

The only thing I can think was that the leather sofa in the salon was not very comfortable. Everything else was great!

A wonderful warm welcome to Sabrina & Benoit's lovely property. We stayed in the 2 bedroom house and it was so large and comfortable with lots of fun personal decorations. The breakfast served on our private terrace was lovely and the pool, ping pong, darts and gardens were a pleasure to enjoy. S & B were so helpful and we can't wait to return!

All was perfect

Everything was just perfect. The location was quiet and peaceful. We had 3-4 flights a day taking off from the nearby airport but they made noice for 20 seconds and then gone. The small planes made not much noise. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and it was wonderful. Pool area was perfect with ping pong and darts. Hosts were helpful with maps and guide to surrounding area

Everything. The big beautiful old house so lovingly restored. Everything worked and we still had feeling of old grandeur with wonderful surprises in the decor. Very spacious and so comfortable. The evening meal and breakfast were delicious and great value for money. The outside pool area had everything a family could want. Decent sized pool sunbed, table tennis and bowls. Also pool toys for my little grandchildren and games in the house. Best of all was the BBQ. Such fun we had cooking and eating on the patio in the evenings. A home from home. Wish we could have stayed longer. Huge thank you to Sabrina & Ben. They were genuinely the nicest and most helpful hosts I’ve ever met.

A wonderful stay in an absolutely beautiful accommodation. Our family loved it here. It was peaceful, very clean, beautifully decorated and lots of fun. Breakfast was better than we could have imagined and the hosts were delightful. We will definitely stay again!

Beautiful private villa with two large comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped living area. The daily breakfast was great and very substantial. We also requested dinner each evening which was a delicious three course meal with a bottle of local wine. This was a great option, especially when travelling with a toddler as we were able to enjoy dinner as a couple when he was asleep. Highly recommend.

Nothing! Honestly it was absolutely fantastic.

The accommodation was fantastic, breakfast was offered but we didn’t take advantage of this. Sabrina and Benoit were the most fantastic hosts, so helpful, extremely friendly and welcoming and very generous. We were given fresh vegetables and eggs and they were so helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to visit. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Everything was brilliant. The pool area was fantastic with games tables and darts and platonk, you could wander in the garden and find the tortoises which was just so lovely. I really hope we will re-visit one day. The area is beautiful with the medieval city just a few miles drive away. An unbelievable place to visit! Incredible.

There was nothing about the place we did not like

The location was ideal. Country views but close to the airport, shops and Carcassonne. The accommodation was spacious, had great personality and excellent facilities. The hosts could not have been better: helpful but not intrusive, friendly but not effusive.

Perhaps being a little picky, but the pool area could do with a little bit of an upgrade, but it's fully functional, and the pool is clean and a good size, especially for kids.

The house is great with a lot of character, they've done an excellent job renovating the property. Very comfortable with all you need for a great holiday. Sabrina prepared a beautiful meal for us on the first night of our week long stay. The kids loved the pool as well as the chickens and their lovely dog Adès.

It was perfect in every way!

BEST STAY EVER! Enchanting location in an immaculately clean, fresh, tranquil home. The gardens and pool are so relaxing. Homemade French meal is a MUST! Soooo delicious and a truly gracious hosting couple. Home is on the edge of a gorgeous, windy road through the French countryside dotted with vineyards. Just a short drive to the Castle. Already planning next year’s trip with friends!

Beautiful house in an old presbytery - the pictures don't do it justice! The host Sabrina was so lovely and we felt very welcome. We booked a brunch type breakfast, which included crepes, homemade jams, local charcuterie and cheeses, fresh orange juice and other goods. Great experience overall

Beautiful house which is unique and well done. Swimming pool was great and very pleasant to swim in. The location is great as v close to Carcassonne centre but still quiet and peaceful just outside the city. Very friendly hosts and a nice relaxed atmosphere for my young family.
