This is by far the best stay I have ever had. For the price of one night on a week day I would have expected less. Not only was the room more than adequate, it had its own character and came with more than enough facilities, services and provisions. The dinner menu was a treat and the beef stew was fantastic along with the rabbit taurine. I have worked at 3 and 4 star hotels and this accommodation beats them all in regards to what you get for the money. Absolutely excellent.

There was literally nothing I didn't like. Ask the cats lol.

A warm welcome at this pleasant, quiet and relaxing property. The bed was the most comfortable that I have ever slept on with no exceptions. The hosts were welcoming and did everything to make us comfortable. The village is too small to have many amenities but ready made, locally produced meals were available to heat in the microwave if wished which was a lovely touch. We chose to eat out at an exceptional auberge that was only a 12 minute drive away. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely and we would probably have made better use of them if we had stayed longer. Breakfasts were very good and plentiful. The grounds were lovely for an evening stroll and the whole place very peaceful. I liked the location which was rural but only a few minutes drive from town centres.

This is an excellent property and the only things that could have been better for us are personal. I have a preference for plain yoghurt and fresh fruit salad for breakfast. There was fruit available though so I could cut my own and plenty of other choices. I appreciated that the pool and jacuzzi needed to be kept covered but, because we were the only ones staying, it had to be uncovered then recovered manually each use by us. Could have done with some youngsters around to help out. I am not really a dog lover so the occasional visitors, especially close to the time for an evening snack outside on the deck, weren't always welcome. None of the above would stop me from visiting again!!

The room and pool are very nice

We arrived late (22h00) for one night and were expecting a bit of flexibility the following morning to make use of the pool. However we were told to leave at 11h00 sharp.

We stayed in Clos De Miroir in October with our children for 3 nights. We took 2 rooms. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The bathrooms and showers were lovely and the beds comfortable. We had breakfast each morning, which set us up very well for the day – nearly everything served was locally produced. The owners could not be better. The pool and the jacuzzi are valuable additions. There are loads to visit and see within 30-40 mins drive. I would also encourage you to look at their website recommendations for restaurants and things to do - we went to the chocolate factory which was fun and the restaurants were really amazing. Things we enjoyed – Montreuil, Le Touquet – very beautiful and Boulogne sur mer has the aquarium and worth a saunter for the shops.

Gorgeous gite with several rooms on offer. Nice pool kept at 29degrees and a great hot tub. Extensive attractive garden. Hosts are very attentive and serve a good continental breakfast. Room had a coffee machine with a couple of pods provided. Fridge had drinks inside with obvious price list. Hand soap and shower gel in bathroom plus a few small touches.

We had 'Camille' which has a separate toilet at one side of the room without a basin. The bathroom is at the other side of the room where we could wash our hands. This might be an arrangement to suit some people but we would request another room in future. Restaurants were all a short drive away but some pretty good ones to be had. Host provided info. Otherwise all fabulous!
