Maybe a shade too simple and AirBnB-ish. We never saw the owners but there was no real reason we should, I suppose, just not quite what I’d expected.

Every appliance and kitchenware was OK and well equipped. The mattress could be better. Bathroom spotless and well furnished also. Nice towels.

Ideally situated inside the village, walking distance from every point of interest like the museum and the gardens.

A true gem - everything you needed and more. Great location, beautiful interior, comfortable with a courtyard garden as a bonus in which to relax and enjoy the ambiance of Giverny.

It’s charming and cozy living space. Clean and well maintenance. Staff are very enthusiastic and friendly. All accommodations are good to use. Convenient location to visit Monet’ house and garden and Impressionism Museum. Good neighborhood with all cafe, restaurant, bakery are within a short walk. Good ambience and quiet atmosphere. Highly recommend for couple, family, and art lovers.

The location is perfect for a visit to Giverny village and Claude Monet gardens are just a 5 minute walk from the house. The little courtyard seating was a perfect spot to relax and read. The house has everything you would need for a short stay and the owner Clement sent us very clear instructions on how to enter the house and local info. The parking across the road is easier after 6pm when most of the visitors to Giverny have departed. There are at least 3 good restaurants within walking distance of the accommodation

We liked everything.

Giverny was our base for 2 days and this property was perfect. It is a beautiful appartment in an old building next to the church. The location is quiet, the appartment very well equipped, within walking distance of restaurants and Monet's garden. It couldn't have been better. This is the perfect place to stay whether you are just visiting Monet's garden or whether you are making Giverny your base for sightseeing in a wider area.

Bit cold - one might not normally need central heating to be on in July but weather was untypically cool. Fan heater would have helped!

Beautiful old building well placed on the main tourist route through the village. Convenient for Monet Garden. Comfortable, roomy bed.

Perfect location to visit everything in the village. Comfortable, clean and well equipped property. The host was friendly and professional and checked in with us a couple of times to make sure everything was ok.

Some difficulty locking the heavy house door. Lacks a designated car parking but we were fortunate enough to find an on road car parking space directly opposite.

Good access instructions provided via WhatsApp on the day. Located on Rue Claude Monet, a 15 min walk to the Giverny Gardens and next to the Church in which Monet is buried (which also contains a moving monument and collective grave for seven allied airmen killed when their Lancaster Bomber came down during the second world war).

I fully understood that "out of season" everything is closed near by - so had to go to Vernon which is approx an hour's walk - which is good for exercise :)

Tranquiliity, peacefull and quiet - ideal location for "writers" / "artists" etc.

The location was in the village, a short walk to Claude Monet's Gardens. A beautiful location, the apartment was lovely and clean. The kitchen and bathroom have been updated. A lovely stay in a beautiful French village.

There were only 2 coffee pods for the machine - but not a biggie !!!

Great location, around 10mins straight walk up to Monet’s house and garden. Very clean, strong wifi, on ground floor so no stairs to drag our luggage up. Parking available right in front of the house on the street which was free. Right next door to the church where Monet is buried, several cafes up the street, a good one for breakfast in same side of the road about 20metres up. Very cute house - thank you Clément

The perfect French apartment in a super location. Right next to the church, 10 minutes walk to the musee and to Monet's Gardens, a comfy bed, nice shower, good parking and helpful host. We couldn't have asked for more.

Although all the utensils are there you need to provide your own salt, pepper, oil etc so come prepared if you intend to cook!

Lovely self contained 1 bedroom flat with a comfortable bed, good size fridge, and all the cooking utensils. A very old building with thick stone walls, lovely and cool in a very hot summer! Outstanding location.

The door to the apartment is a bit tricky to lock and the maid was able to show us how to lock it.

The apartment had every accoutrement to make our stay comfortable. Our host, Clément, could not have been more hospitable or responsive to our requests. A perfect location for exploring Monet’s home.

We accidentally booked during the off season, so we didn't get to see the museums. We will have to come back in the spring.

The apartment was very cute! The heating was great and there it is right next to Monet's house! The host was very communicative and kind to us.
