The only thing is the rooms are a little basic, but that's a minor issue.

We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived after a long drive. They couldn't have been more helpful and our stay was very enjoyable. My kids made great use of the pool and we enjoyed the loungers, whilst we were there, but it is a great location to explore Vallon-Pont-d'Arc and of course Kayak on the Ardeche, so we were out a lot! The beds we found to be really comfortable and the A/C worked well, we needed it!

The superb welcome from Greg and Sophie was so much more than wel would have expected - it really was a personal service from start to finish. The food, the general ambience and attention to detail was second to none ... and, of course, the pool was a real bonus!!

The breakfast was very good. The two dinners we had at this place were excellent. Both owners were charming and extremely helpful, always going well beyond what could be expected of them. In fact, they made this stay extremely enjoyable.

It was a bit sterile - no atmosphere, a poor choice of food for dinner (in fact no choice) and when we came back from dinner in the town the bar was closed off at 8.30pm. Not very welcoming.

This hotel is is fine for basics - parking, comfortable bed. Etc. Breakfast was fine.

The welcome and service was exceptional. The room was comfortable and the evening meal was very nice. Also kept our bicycles secure and provided charging with no problems.

Welcoming, smiling staff. Spotlessly clean, nice decor. Air conn. Lovely fresh and varied breakfast. Good location. 5 minutes, flat walk into Vallon-Pont dArch There's also a swimming pool but I didn't get to use it. All very good, recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay for a couple of nights whilst touring the area. The facilities were very clean and welcoming. Our hosts were fantastic making us lovely breakfasts and excellent dinners both evenings. They were very friendly and helpful sharing their local knowledge with us and directed us to sights we may not have found ourselves. Thoroughly recommend.

It’s a charming hotel at a very good location at walking distance from the centre of Pont d’arc. The owners are super friendly and helpful they do everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as they can. They helped us when we ran into some problems during our stay in France and we are very grateful for what they did for us. When you’re looking for a good place to stay in the most vibrant area of the Ardeche I would recommend the hotel of Grègory and Sophie!

The hotel owners Greg and Sophie were very welcoming and friendly. The hotel is beautiful. Very smart and well maintained. The air conditioning was efficient and quiet. The swimming pool was such a bonus on a hot day. Breakfast was a lovely experience. I would recommend this lovely hotel to anyone wanting some personalised quality time. Thanks to Greg for recommending a visit to Balazuc. It was a big hit for us.
