How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The whole holiday centre could need a refresh.

The parking places were often taken by visitors of the restaurant? So parking was a problem sometimes in the weekend.
We have been here a few times, so we knew what to expect. The houses are not the biggest or must luxurious, but it has all you need. A bath, a small kitchen, an aircondioner and a seperate bedroom upstairs. In the evening the gate closes, so all is secure.

If your on foot its about 20 mins walk to seafront ,big supermarket 15 mins which is fine but footpath is a little narrow along the way so have to watch out.
We loved it here the peace and quiet in a stunning location with the noise of crickets all day , 2 lovely pools and a nice bar and restaurant with nice staff.

We stayed for three nights, not just like many overnighters, but were given the worst unit in the whole complex. Extremely hot western sun in the afternoons because the shade awning over the sliding door was missing, right at the backdoor of the kitchen. I found that to be weird, I would think that longer term customers would have priority to better units? Also, the fact that the multitude of emails were in French with no choice of an English option, was annoying. I could have missed important information, because I just deleted eveything.
The location was good, in between Cannes and Mandelieu. Good bed and very clean. Extremely quiet and efficient air conditioning unit in the bedroom was a life saver in the current heat wave, since the bedroom is in the hot loft area of the cottage.The swimming pool was also good. The family-run on-site restaurant was plain and simple, with REALLY good dinners..

The bathroom needed redoing, you soaked the bathroom when taking a shower, impossible not to. Only downside though

I absolutely did not like that there were very few sockets. We only stayed one night, so it was OK. But I imagine this being a problem when you're staying longer. The upstairs had only one socket. But two nightlights xD
I liked the area. It was very spacious and surrounded by greenery. Also I liked that you were able to sit outside in the little yard.

Bathroom and toilet door was too close to each other. Hard to get in and out. Careful late check out you need to be organised and have codes in order to get through the gate and then key safe.
Large unit with microwave and fridge etc. Easy to park. Good for a family of four.

Recommend you check the functioning of WiFi and appliances before reception closes- experienced issues/non functioning - once this is rectified this establishment would be rated excellent

Too small kitchen and facilities. Very cold apartment during winter time :(. There is a electric heaters which were on 24h but still not enough. Stone floor was probably the matter. It should be good for summer period to keep coolness, but at winter season it takes all warm out from the house. For sleeping it was fine temperature, btw.
Good enough for staying in two days when I visited mimose paradise. Very quiet place as it's stay away from a city. There are many amazing nature places around to see/walk/hike.

There was a smell of seafood throughout the apartment when we arrived - probably the guests in adjacent apartment had seafood- but it lingered over for the whole day. Beds were on the soft end of the spectrum.
Lovely location, apartment had a little terrace with garden, too. One bedroom upstairs with bathroom and kitchen downstairs. Small but comfortable.
