Great location in a beautiful setting. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and always willing to explain everything. The rooms were nice and clean. The wellness area, included for 1.5 hours a day, was a very pleasant bonus.

When booking, it was stated that parking at the hotel is free. However, just a few days before our arrival we received a message saying there are only 7 parking spaces directly at the hotel, and that the remaining garage spaces cost €15 per night. This was very disappointing, especially for a 7-night stay. The rooms are quite noisy – you can easily hear even when someone in the next room is taking a shower, which made the stay uncomfortable. The beds were another downside: the mattresses were very hard and the beds creaked loudly, so we kept waking up with every movement during the night. Breakfast itself was fine, but it was exactly the same every day with no variety. What bothered us the most, though, were the flies in the restaurant area. They would sit on the food that guests were serving themselves. If the food had at least been covered, it would have left a much better impression.

Excellent breakfast - fresh pressed orange juice, reliable coffee machines. Friendly capable staff. Very cosy hotel. Nice tables outside with heaters with a good drinks menu.

Great accessibility to the slopes, nice and attentive staff, restaurant and bar in the accommodation and spa (we loved the sauna and outdoor jacuzzi), great ski room location with heating and space for each room, parking space, possibility to buy a ski pass directly in the accommodation. Clean rooms, with everything you need with a family atmosphere. In addition, the restaurant cooks excellently, we also enjoyed the Christmas menu and tasted Mr. Poirot's homemade genepi :-). Overall spending Christmas holidays here was an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful stay. Clean,friendly with great breakfast and spa. Perfect ski facilities and location is fantastic.

The room was great, hotel was fantastic, location was great. Breakfast had a good choice and food was always fresh. Staff was extremely nice and polite. Definitely will be going back.

I could not say that I did not like anything. It was great.

1. Value for money. 2. Small rooms lacking basic practicalities (e.g. number of electric sockets, tea-pot, etc) 3. Uncomfortable beds. 4. Old towels, duvets, etc. 5. Poor English language skills of the staff.

My wife and I stayed at the Chamois Lodge for a week in Feb. The hotel has a lovely chalet vibe to it, our room was standard size but felt spacious and comfortable, nice balcony, bed and shower also great. The location is perfect, 2 min away from the Diable cable car and a few min from the shops and restaurants in the village - bearing in mind that the hotel's restaurant itself is definitely worth trying out. Self-service breakfast, plenty of choice, generous & delicious. The hotel staff were lovely and we particularly liked apres drinks at the bar. Last but not least, there is a gorgeous in-house spa, with free access for guests until 5pm, and superb massage & treatments. We'd definitely book again.

The room was dimly lit but we understand that more lights are available on request (wish we had known in advance!).

Good location, short walk to the slopes. Friendly staff, good restaurant, good spa facilities, and good ski storage.

Our room was above the restaurant, so slightly noisy until they finished closing (some knocking and banging). Nothing too bad though.

Great location, lovely spa & comfy bed, great boot room & we enjoyed the main restaurant food

It was overall a very good stay the only tiny thing was the warer for boiling the eggs for breakfast wasn't hot enough to cook them, we left one in 20mins and it still didn't cook. There wasn't a kettle in the room however the staff were happy to provide a pot of hot water for tea, so this was no problem 😊
