You need to climb a bit uphill to get to the town center and supermarket. The microwave was not working from day 1, and they provided a solution after we chased them, which took up unnecessary room space.

We had a great holiday! The team was very good. We had a misunderstanding with our reservation. We didn't get the rooms we ordered but the team in the hotel did their best to fix it, We are very thankful for that. The rooms are clean and beautiful! The service is excellent!! We ate in the restaurant of the hotel our last night and it was wonderful!! We will surely come back!

Beds were a bit short for 1.85m person. Bunk beds are not ideal.

The temperature in the rooms was very low, I believe lower than 20degrees. In the night they were increasing the temperature which made the sleeping difficult as they had a very thick blankets. The breackfast is basic but good, the same every day. The ski locker is very small for 4 persons.

Hotel is on a very good location, we had a large apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, cleaning every day, nice personnel, nice restaurant within the location and not crowded

As a beginner skier I couldn't ski into the hotel which meant that I had to carry my equipment up into the village every day where the lifts were. For more experienced skiers it's super convenient skiing in and out of the hotel!

The spa wasn’t great. We felt the steam and sauna room wasn’t warm enough and the swimming pool was cool too. We went to ask for a small egg cup of milk from the restaurant and the staff debated whether to charge me.

food is not very good, we took half board but then canceled it, since they give you only one option , there is no selection, for breakfast there is no omelettes or anything like this , just cold cuts, cheese, croisants, they give you cheap coffee and if you want capuchino you need to pay extra. so we canceled breakfast too since for 20$ per day per pes, we better buy staff at the store and have breakfast in the room

It would have been nice to have one or two side plates in the room as we had some dietary requirements that we brought with us and not even a plate or some small cutlery.
