See above. The place could use a 24 hour concierge and was a little bit short staffed on people. Otherwise it was great! Great location and building.

I thought the place was great, and the staff was very friendly! My only comment was the place was a little understaffed and a 24 hour desk would have been nice. The hard boiled egg machine at breakfast also did not work so well.

This hotel covers all the bases for an alpine hotel at a great price without any extra luxuries. Great location across the street from a slope that can get you where you need to go. Basic ski room with individual lockers to store / dry equipment overnight. Basic but good breakfast and dinner included, served in the restaurant which has a great view. Rooms are spacious with good sized bathrooms and storage space for bags / clothes.

There could have been options on the menu - i.e. one meat, one fish, one veg. Makes it easier if someone in the family is a bit picky. Also, the breakfast was a little sad, sometimes with old bread from the night before. We had to ask for new bread. And then, just some friendly advice - the restaurant could really do with some cosier lighting. Off with the cold, white light, and maybe add some tea lights on the tables.

The room was an odd shape but not a problem. Wi fi barely worked in the room. The lady at reception did not speak much English didn't complain at the time.

The room has no air conditioning so it was very hot. We slept with the balcony door open but someone around us was smoking marijuana on the patio consistently so that was unfortunate

For a 2 star hotel it was really excellent and good value for money. The evening meals were delicious, the rooms are clean and comfortable. We had a balcony with a fabulous view. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The added bonus is the hotel is right opposite the ski slope. We were also able to park our car right outside at no extra cost. We are planning to return next year.

Set dinner only had one option per night, not much variety. The 5 nights we stayed there, 2 nights were beef dishes and 3 were veal. Menu is out on display an hour before dinner starts so you won’t know what you’re having till around 5-6pm. Dinner starts at 7pm which is quite late considering most runs close at around 4.30pm.

Location is fab, just have to cross to road to get to the runs. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby, too. Balcony was amazing with great views.

Elevator was not working, toilet at the ski lockers was not clean and without toilet paper (had to use this one while waiting for a room), no bathroom amenities (luckily we brought our own shampoo and showergel)

Staff spoke English and was very friendly. Had free parking spot in front of the hotel (only few available)
