Our room was perfectly fine for an overnight stay being comfortable and warm. The bathroom was good as was the breakfast . The hotel is ideally situated for us as were were cycling the River Loire Cycle route

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and gave good advice about restaurant recommendations. The room was excellent with comfortable facilities. The off-street, gated, private parking was much appreciated.

It was raining in the morning!

Charming hotel ideally located in the centre of Briare. Secure parking and easy access. A warm welcome and a beer in the bar at reception. pleasant room and comfy bed and a good breakfast in the morning. I was slightly concerned that there would be no nearby restaurants open on a Sunday night but there were a number nearby - all within a short walk.

The hosts ( all staff members ) went above and beyond to make our stay special. I have gluten issues, and the hosts baked gluten free bread, and fruit loaf, for me. Also assistance with visiting locally.

The air conditioning and fan were not turned on the first night that we were there. The bath towels were small and there were no hand towels, I am sure we could have asked for them but we did not. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep.

We loved that the hotel was in a quiet town and that there were several restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! There was a bar and a place to sit outdoors. There was secure parking. And we were able to rent electric bikes! Bed was very comfortable.

A shame about the lack of restaurant for an evening meal though close to town centre and choice of restaurants

Although it didn't affect us the stairs to the room were very narrow and steep and the hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues.

We stayed in the suite which was very large and well appointed. A kettle was provided which was appreciated. The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful and spoke excellent English, breakfast was good and the courtyard parking was great. There are lots of walks nearby and some excellent restaurants. This was a perfect find.

The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of secure parking, so we felt very safe. We arrived on a Sunday evening, but the hosts were able to suggest a couple of places we could get something to eat. We had a big room with a double bed and a pull-out bed, both of which were perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with a lot of personal touches like a little gadget to cleanly take the top off a soft boiled egg! We were made to feel very welcome and we enjoyed our overnight stay in this pretty town.
