FranceThe room we had didn't correspond to the photos of the property posted on Booking; maybe they are in the process of renovating, but our room was dated. No restaurant in town, so it would have been nice to have had a tea kettle and a small refrigerator in the room.
Basic lodging, clean and adequately comfortable. The reception staff was wonderful. Good breakfast with very good coffee. It was nice to have a small balcony to enjoy the view. Ski station and plenty of beautiful hikes in the area.

United KingdomThe hotel was a little tired and in need of TLC. The shower didn't have an overhead bracket, and the balcony balustrade was coming loose. No water glasses were provided, and there was only shower gel in the way of toiletries.

GermanyAfter a long walk from Murat over high mountains, we arrived at the Le Brunet hotel in Saint-Jacques-des Blat at 7:00 p.m. and found it a comfortable shelter. The hospitality and friendliness of the hostess, as well as the breakfast, were very good.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location in the Auvergne. We were welcomed by the host who was very friendly and helpful. The room was large and the facilities were clean and comfortable. The room had a balcony with fantastic views to the countryside and mountains. The room was also very quiet. There was also plenty of outside parking available.

IrelandI hated this place! They took my money and when I went to take my room and pay the fee for my dog they refused to give me a room and left me and my family in the street. I hated staff, as they could not care less about me and my family. This was the worse experience in my life during holidays! They took my money, but when I asked for my room what I got is a kick in my ass. They didn't care that I and my family would stay in the street and they didn't care about giving me the money back. They said they don't take dogs, although in the information said dogs are allowed, but fee. Don't go to this place! They are liars! I will never return to this hotel!
