Location was perfect, the decor in the hotel was beautiful, the staff were incredibly helpful and spoke English fluently. We didn't get time to try the spa, sadly! But everything at the hotel was top notch.

The staff were friendly and accommodating except for one, but I think that was a language barrier and he just didn’t understand what I was asking.

Nothing could be improved. It even had YouTube on the tv so you could watch movies in English! Loved it.

The room was huge and spotless and really comfortable, we stayed for a week and loved our time there. The location is fabulous, staff are lovely and housekeeping did a perfect job. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Views were amazing too, three windows in our room.

The broken trash can in the bathroom. And the music in the courtyard that I could hear through my closed windows. I would have loved to open the windows for some fresh air but the music prevented me from doing this. Also the curtains/window sheers could be cleaned.

The location was wonderful. It as next to a school and a church so the evening traffic was minimal. It as a little loud in the mornings as the kids were going to school. The location/proximity couldn't be beat. The furniture in the room was unique and eclectic.

Perfect location in the heart of Petite France. The hotel is attractive and our room was large and comfortable. The hotel has a nice courtyard and we enjoyed sitting there after exploring the city. The Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. It was my partner’s birthday and we asked for restaurant recommendations. We chose French cuisine and enjoyed an exceptional meal at L’Eveil des Sens, a small but beautiful restaurant, close to the hotel. We recommend this hotel and will look forward to a return visit.

No parking on site so had to set up valet service i advance and took half hour to retrieve car. Not optimum, but worked okay.

Location was great to city. Room had charm, but beware of low beams.

The facilities were beautiful and the location perfect right near La Petite France. Our room was large and beautifully decorated and the bed was extremely comfortable. Would stay here again.

Our only real gripe might be that while the listing says the rooms are air-conditioned, our room was so large that even with the dial turned all the way down (with no actual temperature marked on the dial) and the fan up all the way, we never felt the room was perfectly comfortable. This was in May, and I can imagine it being more of a problem in hotter months.

The location of the hotel is perfect in Strasbourg, a block or two from the main pedestrian street and close to the river. It's in a very old building, but renovated remarkably, with a few traces of the original building still visible, in the basement and elsewhere. The staff were great, always friendly, helpful, and available.

The room was enormous and with a lot of classic charm overlooking the quiet courtyard and partial town view. It is in the old town, with its own bar and courtyard for a nice drink.

We loved the small whirlpool in our suite and the cuteness of the building. Location is perfect for enjoying the city.
