We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaCentral location on the river. Although there is no parking there is plenty of free parking opposite. Staff will make sure you are comfortable. The restaurant is good and the staff very good. Breakfast overlooking the river makes a great start to a day.

United KingdomDidn’t respond to any messages in the booking.com platform, from the moment I arrived the staff all seemed stressed, from waking to the noise of cleaners early in the morning and laundry bags being thrown down stairs to the restaurant staff looking overwhelmed, it just wasn’t a relaxing atmosphere.
Great location! Was accommodating of my bike.
