Given that the hotel is not cheap, it would be only natural that the bathroom has hair shampoo, conditioner and a vanity kit. Not to mention the coffee, which I asked for several times at the reception. I was told that they were out of coffee, only tea was available. But I was told that the next day housekeeping will bring me coffee. In the morning I reminded again about the coffee, but I never got it.

The hotel is located in a prime location a short walk from Agay Village and the beach. Facilities include a swimming pool, infinity pool, which was well maintained. Several restaurants, supermarket, shops, pizzeria.

- Room really quiet, but on ground floor, a bit dark and next to a kitchen - Two single beds instead of a king size one - Outside the group of hotels, the area is a bit dead (car is needed)

there were too many steps everywhere - in order to get to the hotel itself and in order to get to the various facilities such as the swimming pools and restaurants. The one and only passenger lift was out of order and undergoing repair - we were provided with a room on a lower floor than the one we were originally meant to have. There was not one television channel which was in English out of the many channels provided. The restaurant breakfast was too expensive for what was available so we never used it and the main evening menu was poor again we never used it.

it’s closeness to Agay centre and the ability to park our car. The hotel staff were excellent.

The view is incredible, but every morning you'll be wake up at 7:00 am by the maintenance pool team whose wash around the pool just under your window with a loudly Karcher during 2 hours every morning, why not 1 time a week, but every day, what an hell, not sure it's really efficient ! ....Holidays is sometime to take rest...The staff said they can't do anything, btw it's not complicated to adapt this maintenance for better comfort...Poor customer experience.

Old hotel, the smell in the room was very bad, very poor breakfast and bad food at the restaurant at very high prices for Agay. The staff at the restaurant was very unpolite. Also the facilities regarding the room distribution was awful. Had to go by stairs at 2 just in order to take the elevator to 0 because the staff from restaurant didn t let us to go from there to 0. Very bad overall.

During 25 years of travelling I've never encountered with such rude, arrogant and aggressive staff in any establishment nowhere (it doesn't relate to the cleaning staff who are kind and polite). Important to know that the swimming pools do not belong to the hotel, so the advertised description is a scam. Also there is no beach in the walking distance. The room condition is poor, and the quality of bedding is horrible. I had to check-out in the middle of my stay due to unacceptable behaviour of the staff, and the hotel arrogantly refused to refund my money for the unused days.

The views are beautiful. Availability of the free car parking. WI-FI in the room worked well. That's all good things about this establishment.

Small things in the room can make improvements like towel hangers in the balcony. Right now there is only one but it could easily be four. In the bathroom the outlet for getting rid of the humidity didn’t work well, could be better

We was having three rooms and after one month we still don’t have the deposit back. I was calling the property they was telling me there is a problem with my bank. I was to the bank. It’s no problem calling them back and they don’t know where are the money from our deposit, I think we was making a present for €600 to the property and also we was having our own cup of coffees that till the end he was missing

I like it all the property. It was up and you have such a beautiful view of the auction.
